  • As inexperienced car buyers, my husband and I made the mistake of purchasing this car from a different state and having it shipped without seeing it in person. When we received the car, it was dirty, smelled of smoke, had a missing floor mat, broken backup camera, and issues with the windows, and it wouldn't start (we replaced the 12v battery and it's now running). There was also an odd substance accumulated around the hybrid battery (photo attached). None of this was relayed to us during the sales process, and when I reached out to our salesman upon receiving the car, he never responded. After some debate, I've given three stars rather than two as the purchasing process went smoothly, we received the car, and much of our disappointment would have been avoided if we had seen the car in person (our mistake). We also got a fair price for the year and milage. If any other young people are considering a purchase from this dealer, I would highly recommend viewing the vehicle in person first.

  • Found a 2018 VW Jetta online, came to see it, no bait and switch (the advertised car was present and we were not pushed toward another vehicle). Service records and carfax report were available. Honest answers to questions. Open about pricing/no hidden costs. Bought the car and we are very satisfied. Would readily buy again from FTL.
