  • As inexperienced car buyers, my husband and I made the mistake of purchasing this car from a different state and having it shipped without seeing it in person. When we received the car, it was dirty, smelled of smoke, had a missing floor mat, broken backup camera, and issues with the windows, and it wouldn't start (we replaced the 12v battery and it's now running). There was also an odd substance accumulated around the hybrid battery (photo attached). None of this was relayed to us during the sales process, and when I reached out to our salesman upon receiving the car, he never responded. After some debate, I've given three stars rather than two as the purchasing process went smoothly, we received the car, and much of our disappointment would have been avoided if we had seen the car in person (our mistake). We also got a fair price for the year and milage. If any other young people are considering a purchase from this dealer, I would highly recommend viewing the vehicle in person first.

  • I love my purchase!!BUT all im gonna say is bring a mechanic with you. If you don’t bring someone with u and ur uneducated about cars you may get lucky or not. I luckily caught stuff early on and the dealer replaced the radiator and fixed the hard top on the convertible. I’m not gonna say quick and painless but the job was finished. Rick was phenomenal and very helpful thank you!!!!( I drove the car 380 miles no problem after they fixed the radiator)
