  Brought my Segway Xyber in for some noise issues and Ivan took care of everything. He aligned the tire, tracked down a missing screw, and replaced the brake pads. What stood out was how informative he was throughout the whole process, explained everything clearly and was genuinely friendly about it. Andre the boss was equally welcoming. The shop itself is a great find. Warehouse setting with a solid inventory of Segways and other bike brands, all well priced. Browsed while they worked on my Xyber and there is plenty to look at, helmets, gloves, bike carts, accessories across the board. If I need another bike this is where I am going. Honest work, fair prices, good people. Highly recommend.

  The team members are all very friendly and courteous! Customer service is excellent. I was looking for an electrical extension for my head lamp and the Manager did not charge me at all. He gave it to me for free. Freebies nowadays are unheard of 🙌 Highly recommended and variety of selections from e-bike to regular bikes 🚲. They also sell electric scooters 🛴. And lots of accessories

  If you are looking for an e-bike, look no further. Best Bike Corp is phenomenal, and Andry is a rockstar. He was incredibly patient with all my questions and guided me away from the bike I thought I wanted toward a model that is lightyears better. ​I love that he gave me zero pressure, allowing me to go home and do my own research. His recommendation was entirely correct. He even managed to order the specific color I was hoping for, and it was well worth the brief wait. I can't recommend this place enough. Make sure to ask for Andry—he is responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful. Thanks again, Andry! (P.S. I'll be back very soon to buy a second one for my wife before she takes mine!).
