  The customer service here was absolutely amazing! From my very first phone call with Susanna, she was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful. She took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed, and even encouraged me to call back if I had any other questions. When I arrived at the store, Evelyn immediately greeted me and let me know someone would be with me shortly. A few moments later, Susanna came over, and the same wonderful customer service I received over the phone continued in person. She greeted me with a beautiful smile, was extremely personable and patient, answered every question I had, and was genuinely enjoyable to talk to. I was only in the store for about 10–15 minutes, but they made such a great impression in such a short amount of time. I felt welcomed, appreciated, and genuinely valued as a customer, and that kind of service is hard to come by. Thank you, Evelyn and Susanna, for making my experience such a positive one. I will absolutely be returning, and I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for not only great furniture, but exceptional customer service!

  SUSAN!! I cannot say enough great things about Susan and the experience we had while furniture shopping. From the moment we walked into the store, Susan made us feel completely comfortable and welcomed, almost like we were at home. That kind of genuine care and professionalism is rare to find these days, especially when shopping for something as important as furniture for your home. Susan took the time to truly listen to everything we were looking for. She did not rush us, pressure us, or try to push us toward something that was not right for us. Instead, she paid attention to our needs, our style, and even the little details that mattered to us. It honestly felt like she cared about making sure we left happy rather than just making a sale. One of the biggest challenges for us was finding the right mattress. My wife and I went back and forth so many times because we simply could not agree on what felt best. Most salespeople probably would have gotten frustrated or tried to rush the decision, but not Susan. She remained patient through the entire process and worked with us until we finally found the perfect mattress that we both love. Her dedication and patience made all the difference. On top of that, Susan also helped me find my dream bar. She understood exactly what I was envisioning and helped guide me toward the perfect option.
