  • After visiting the store today, I was disappointed both in the people who work there and in what they sell. When I asked to buy kitchen cabinets for $400, I asked them to So that they could give me a discount in the amount of 20 dollars, but they refused me and also kicked me out of the store because I tried to negotiate with them, and this despite the fact that before this I brought The materials left over from my work are free, so decide for yourself. But these people don't deserve this respect, just like in their professional activities.

  • I don't even know where to begin this is the assistant manager her name is Rosa has to be one of the rudest people that works a retail job. Her customer service skills or lack thereof are non-existent.I can't imagine how she got this position or how she holds this position. I have always liked habitat for humanity I have always supported them. But the one in Tacoma I will never go into again. It's really sad that habitat for humanity has lowered their standards with their personnel that they hire. I really don't feel the need to go into explanation about what happened because everybody of course will have their own story but as a long-time customer that had never visited your location I am truly truly sorry that they have to deal with your very bad attitude an unwillingness to help your customers. Tacoma habitat for humanity you made a very bad choice in who you hired to take care of your customers
