  • Came in knowing the vehicle I was after was a salvage title, so expectations were kind of low. However, the car I got runs great, drives straight, and my 16 year old doesn't have to worry too much about scratching it, lol. Alex was awesome, and super transparent about pricing. Make sure to do all your due diligence about the car purchase of course, but they were friendly and open about everything.

  • If you are desperate, this is your place. Otherwise, go somewhere reputable. The cars have been in bad wrecks and have just been patched back together. They change the price of the car once you get there and try to talk to you like you're stupid and don't know anything. I, luckily had the screenshot of the listing, plus it was still listed online for the price I saw! Anyway, so I asked if they could fix some things prior to finalizing the deal and was told 'yes, of course we can do that!' I drove all the way to the Dallas Motors location 3 different times for them to fix different issues (they also sent me to other shops in that area). Each trip out there was 1.5 hours one way and to date, NOTHING has been fixed. The salesman, Sam is absolutely no help. I call the Dallas Motors location where Alix, the GM is located and they either don't answer or ask to take a message for him, but he has not once called back. Simply put...this is not a professional auto dealer. They only want your money and once they get it, they dont give a damn about your car issues. Save yourself the headache.

  • Contacted ahead of time/day before to go see a car. Day of I say I will be there in 2 hours, then update again for 20 minutes. Once I get there it is locked, no one is there. I am told someone will be there soon. 40 minutes later I decide to stop waiting and leave and let them know. ANOTHER 20 MINUTES LATER they contact saying they'll be there in 10 minutes and I should come back to look at the car because it runs great blahblahblah. I had when waiting paid for and checked the VIN --- it was a salvaged vechile anyway and they didn't list it anywhere. Shady business practices..
