  • BUYERS BEWARE. I’ve had no personal issues with the staff here, everyone I dealt with was polite and professional. However, I strongly recommend that anyone purchasing a vehicle carefully read every line of the contract before signing. Pay close attention to additional charges, especially the so-called “pre-delivery fee.” Make sure you understand exactly what you’re paying for and whether those fees are negotiable. Transparency matters when making such a large purchase, and it’s important to protect yourself by reviewing all paperwork thoroughly. Unfortunately, I learned the hard way.

  • ***PLEASE READ*** If I could give zero stars, I would. Carstify LLC has been, hands down, the most crooked and unprofessional “legal” business I’ve ever dealt with. My experience was nothing short of a nightmare from start to finish. I attempted to purchase a vehicle here and within 24 hours the car showed serious transmission problems. When I brought it back, instead of showing any accountability, they kept me waiting for hours, day after day, claiming their mechanic would fix it. After three days of long trips—30 miles each way—the vehicle was still in the exact same condition. Nothing was fixed. Nothing was taken seriously. Nothing was professional. When I finally had enough of the runaround and backed out of the deal, they immediately restocked the same defective vehicle on their lot as if nothing was wrong. To make things worse, they acted like my down payment somehow justified doing nothing for days and then had the nerve to charge me for the miles I drove while trying to get THEIR defective car repaired. The entire experience felt like a trap designed to waste time, drain money, and frustrate customers into giving up. I’ve never dealt with a business so careless, dishonest, and disrespectful toward people who are simply trying to make a fair purchase. Save yourself the stress, the wasted gas, the wasted time, and the disrespect. Stay far away from Carstify LLC. My patience was tested to the limit, and I only wish someone had warned me before I walked through their door. Looks can be deceiving, it may look good on the outside but this car is a money pit! Stay away

  • Deceptive Dealership Practices and Unsafe Vehicles I recently purchased a car (Nissan 370z Nismo) from this dealership, and it has been an absolute nightmare. They misrepresented the car’s condition, sold me a vehicle with numerous safety hazards, and displayed unprofessional behavior throughout the process. Major Mechanical and Safety Issues: • Oil Pan Damage: The oil pan was bent and leaking, risking engine failure due to oil starvation. • Structural Damage: The front frame was scraped under it • Unsecured Components: Both air box intakes were not secured, with broken supports and loose intake pipe clamps. • Front Bumper Issues: The front bumper was not properly secured. • Electrical Problems: The wiring harness on the front left fender liner was cut, and the washer fluid reservoir was damaged with a loose sensor or connector. • Missing or Damaged Parts: The top stabilizer bar in the engine bay was missing bolts, and the hood latch cable was rubbing against the tire. • Wheel and Tire Concerns: All four tires were missing at least two lug nuts, with several wheel studs corroded or broken off. Lug nuts did not fit properly into the wheels. • Suspension and Corrosion: Some rear suspension components were welded together, and there was extreme corrosion under the entire vehicle. • Lighting Issues: The right rear brake light and one tag light were not working, and a trim piece next to the passenger window was not secured properly and flew off 10 minutes after I bought the car. • Dashboard and Warning Lights: The vehicle’s brake light and traction control system light would come on randomly while driving. The check engine light on the cluster was covered with tape or deactivated. • Driving Performance: There was a vibration in the steering wheel at highway speeds, the vehicle pulled to the right while on throttle, and there was a rattling noise from the passenger side dashboard. • Suspension Noise: A noise from the front suspension was heard when touching the gas pedal initially. Mind you the dealership claimed the car had a clean title and only minor accident history, which was false. The vehicle had significant structural damage and unsafe modifications. After discovering these issues, I reached out to the manager, Ricardo, who initially agreed to fix some problems. However, two days later, he demanded $1,900, stating that something wasn’t “approved,” despite having a signed contract stating otherwise. When I decided to return the car, the dealership was uncooperative. They claimed I would be charged $1 per mile driven and an additional $75 per day, the 75$ per day were never mentioned beforehand just the charge of $1 per mile. I am still awaiting a partial refund of my down payment…. They still claim the car is in perfect contusion lol. Do yourself a favor, learn from my mistake and don’t buy from this dealer. This car was diagnosed at Autonation Toyota And a Nissan dealership stating that the car does not pass the safety test, meaning is not safe to drive.
