  I purchased a certified preowned Acura Integra type S. My salesman Melvin was awesome. Very patient and helped me get a good deal both on my trade-in and the vehicle I purchased. I was very happy with the overall process and continue to be with their service. They provide getting the car tinted and PPF. They are very professional and do a great job all around. I will definitely be a customer again.

  My experience at Findlay Acura was great and fast. I felt welcomed and not pressured to look or buy anything until I was satisfied with what I was looking for. I was in and out in about 3 hours versus a whole day at other dealerships. I had the pleasure of working with Melvin and he is awesome. He has great energy and is always upbeat and positive. I would recommend this place if you're looking to feel welcomed and not pressured when car shopping.

  I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Tonya in Internet Sales and Mike in the Service Department at Findlay Acura. Also, a shout out to Melvin in the sales department. For an auto dealership, I have never experienced this level of consistent, high quality service from start to almost the finish line later this week. What makes this even more impressive is that this was not a typical dealership purchase. I initially connected with the seller privately, and we both decided to transition the transaction to Findlay Acura to help protect both buyer and seller and to have a professional third party facilitate the process. Findlay helped coordinate everything, including arranging a full pre purchase inspection (PPI) report through Service, and the handoff into what was essentially a car escrow style process was seamless. From the very first interaction online, the website chat was responsive and knowledgeable. That same level of service carried through to the live reps on the phone, and I am expecting no different when I visit the dealership in person next week. Tonya was outstanding in coordinating the initial communication and making sure the process moved smoothly. Mike in Service went above and beyond helping facilitate the PPI. Although the transaction is not finished yet, I am confident everything will be handled professionally and promptly. This could have been a complicated private party transaction, but Findlay Acura is helping make it simple, transparent, and stress free for both sides. Truly one of the best customer service experiences I have had anywhere, not just at a dealership. Huge thanks to Tonya, Mike, and the entire Findlay Acura team. Highly recommend them.
