  • I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Tonya in Internet Sales and Mike in the Service Department at Findlay Acura. Also, a shout out to Melvin in the sales department. For an auto dealership, I have never experienced this level of consistent, high quality service from start to almost the finish line later this week. What makes this even more impressive is that this was not a typical dealership purchase. I initially connected with the seller privately, and we both decided to transition the transaction to Findlay Acura to help protect both buyer and seller and to have a professional third party facilitate the process. Findlay helped coordinate everything, including arranging a full pre purchase inspection (PPI) report through Service, and the handoff into what was essentially a car escrow style process was seamless. From the very first interaction online, the website chat was responsive and knowledgeable. That same level of service carried through to the live reps on the phone, and I am expecting no different when I visit the dealership in person next week. Tonya was outstanding in coordinating the initial communication and making sure the process moved smoothly. Mike in Service went above and beyond helping facilitate the PPI. Although the transaction is not finished yet, I am confident everything will be handled professionally and promptly. This could have been a complicated private party transaction, but Findlay Acura is helping make it simple, transparent, and stress free for both sides. Truly one of the best customer service experiences I have had anywhere, not just at a dealership. Huge thanks to Tonya, Mike, and the entire Findlay Acura team. Highly recommend them.
