  • Hands down, I have been completely astonished by how well I was treated by Ethan, his genuine rapport with me and his customer service. I have never had a good experience with purchasing a vehicle from a dealer or car sales company, but this was a unique experience and I drove away with the car I wanted and an experience I am very happy with. Never before have I had a person that was on my wavelength and didn't rub me the wrong way, and this standout guy -through the whole test drive, trade and sale process- knocked it clean out of the park. I also appreciate that Ethan passed the ultimate test, mine and my wife's very low BS tolerance. I detest most sales people because I have been in sales, but I didn't have a problem with the folks at Supreme Motors. They have a lot of great cars, most are picked from the west coast and have the best options available for the model/line.   • Positive experience - called in about a 2017 BMW 740I -M SPORT. Ethan took the Call , i explain that I was interested in the car and that I would like to work through as much as possible over the phone as I live 2 1/2 hours south of his location. The first day we were barely able to work through the financing portion and finished up on the second day.. That day Ethan was on his regularly scheduled day off ( shout out to Kyle for helping move information along).. By early afternoon I wasn't sure if we were going to be able to make it in to the office to work out the deal before closing, Ethan came in on his day off and stayed almost 2 hours past closing to get us taken care of.. Thank you gentlemen the vehicle is as expected and thus far we are very pleased..

I appreciated the clear communication, the willingness to answer every question and the respectful, no-pressure approach.
