I had a very disappointing experience with this used auto parts shop. The staff treated me poorly and were disrespectful throughout the process. I was given misleading information, and when I requested a refund, they attempted to delay and withhold it instead of handling the matter honestly and professionally. Their customer service was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. I understand that problems can happen in business, but the way customers are treated matters. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this shop to others looking for honest service and respectful communication.
They had the part that I needed at the right price and when I asked they even gave me some fuses for free. Also they were pretty friendly. My only complaint which I won't take any stars away for is that the location is kind of far from most places.
Good prices and good parts available for many makes and models.
