  I had a great experience purchasing my 2023 Bronco Raptor yesterday. My salesman, Zach Erfort, was truly exceptional. He was very genuine and had a refreshing no-pressure approach. Zach was fully willing to sit down and negotiate on the price, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Beyond Zach, the entire team at the company was also great to work with. I highly recommend!

  Alexander Smith is a true professional at his job! He serves other people with excellence! I can tell that he doesn't let other people's bad day, and energy disturb him! Alexander Smith values how he treats customers! I see people yelling and he remains same ole Alexander calm and patient. I drive from Buckeye to get my 2 Kia Soul serviced here at Earnhardt Peoria drive past 2 other Kia dealerships because of the great service from Alexander Smith and Johnny Pearlstein the latter whom I bought my 2 Kias from. Alexander won't sell you something too soon and that is what keeps me coming back from Buckeye and also I recommend Earnhardt Peoria Kia to all my coworkers and kids friends etc. Thanks Earnhardt Peoria for such amazing service by Calm, patient, caring Alexander Smith and if you need to buy a car see Johnny Pearlstein!

  The staff are friendly enough. We didnt come to an agreement on a price for a car I wanted, which is fine and I didnt have a problem with that. My first visit to the lot was ok, but we didnt agree to a price. A couple days later, I texted the salesman asking if they would accept an offer that was bigger than my last offer. The salesman replied "Your presence is your power with my GM and it being the end of the year I guarantee we can make something happen." Well, I showed up expecting some negotiation, but there was none. They promised to make something happen and nothing happened. No budging on their price at all from the last time I was physically there. It was a waste of 2 hours of my time driving there, not budging on their price from the last time i visited after i was told "we can make something happen", then driving back. To summarize, if they dont accept your offered price the first time, dont waste your time visiting their lot a second time to negotiate further. Its probably better to negotiate over text until they provide a firm price offer. Edit: They reached out to me and said they would provide coaching to their sales guy. My original rating was 4/5 stars, but Im changing it to 5/5 stars for excellent customer service and doing what they can to improve their customer's experience.
