  • The staff are friendly enough. We didnt come to an agreement on a price for a car I wanted, which is fine and I didnt have a problem with that. My first visit to the lot was ok, but we didnt agree to a price. A couple days later, I texted the salesman asking if they would accept an offer that was bigger than my last offer. The salesman replied "Your presence is your power with my GM and it being the end of the year I guarantee we can make something happen." Well, I showed up expecting some negotiation, but there was none. They promised to make something happen and nothing happened. No budging on their price at all from the last time I was physically there. It was a waste of 2 hours of my time driving there, not budging on their price from the last time i visited after i was told "we can make something happen", then driving back. To summarize, if they dont accept your offered price the first time, dont waste your time visiting their lot a second time to negotiate further. Its probably better to negotiate over text until they provide a firm price offer. Edit: They reached out to me and said they would provide coaching to their sales guy. My original rating was 4/5 stars, but Im changing it to 5/5 stars for excellent customer service and doing what they can to improve their customer's experience.
