I first saw an excellent set of pictures of the car in a Craigslist ad, and I called ahead of time and was assured by Sam the car was on the lot and still for sale. The car looked great in the pictures and in real life it looked just as great. The car was what I expected, it even exceeded a few expectations. I knew what I wanted and why I wanted it, and this car was nearly perfect for me. So that made Sam's job easier. Sam answered all my questions with cheerful patience, and met each of my requests with a little extra effort of his own. As of this moment, I could not ask for a better car buying experience than the one I enjoyed yesterday at Max Auto Sales.
