  • The RydeTime Auto Team are awesome. They provided great customer service and a friendly environment. The Finance team explained everything step-by-step in plain words. I really appreciated that they made my car buying experience positive and memorable. I would definitely come back for a repeat purchase. Thank you, Dawn and The RydeTime AutoTeam.

  • I had an amazing experience with Rydetime Auto! The whole process was smooth from start to finish — absolutely no issues at all. The team was professional, honest, and made everything super easy. They answered all my questions, worked with my schedule, and made sure I was completely comfortable before finalizing the deal. It’s rare to find a dealership that truly cares about their customers, but Rydetime Auto definitely does. I’m extremely happy with my purchase and would recommend them to anyone looking for a stress-free car buying experience!

  • PURCHAED A LEMON! I checked out a 2012 Toyota Corolla with 200K miles and asked if there were any known issues. Ryan said "no," other than replacing a visor and fixing the AC. After a couple of test drives and reaching an agreement on price, I purchased the car for $6k on Sept 11, 2025. After 1 week (200-300) miles of driving the "check engine" and "TRAC OFF" lights illuminated on the car. My engine code reader showed a "P2757 - Torque Converter Clutch Pressure Control Solenoid Control Circuit Performance Or Stuck Off" (e.g. transmission). My initial thought was to ignore the issue and drive the car until failure as there were no physical symptoms (shifting, idle, etc.). At this point I knew I purchased a LEMON and figured Rydetime would just tell me it was my problem to deal with and decided to leave a negative 2 star review and move on. After another 200-300 miles, it started running rough and nearly stalled a few times. Ryan then reached out via text (Oct 25,2025) after I posted my initial negative review and we discussed potential fixes for the transmission through his mechanic. The potential fix would be at my expense and could range from $500 to $1500. High end was transmission replacement (e.g. used transmission with 86K miles). Due to uncertainties in fixing/replacing a transmission, I decided not to do pursue this route (and told him so) because there was no guarantee it would fix the issue. He then discussed buying the car back, so we met in person on Oct 27th. Ryan felt certain it was not an expensive fix and didn't think I should give up on the car (e.g junkyard). He did an engine code scan and found additional codes P0101 (Mass Air Flow Sensor) and P0353 (Ignition Coil C). Because of these new codes an ongoing transmission issue, I asked him what he would buy the car back for. He briefly looked over the car, but never made an offer. He just said that if I did go to another dealer to let him know what they offer for this car and he would beat it. After our meeting, I replaced the coil packs, spark plugs, and mass air flow sensor at a cost around $300. While replacing the spark plugs, I did notice oil on one of the plugs (BIG RED FLAG - not a cheap fix). Within 100 miles I started getting code P0171 (system too lean). Reached out to Ryan again via text on Oct 30th about buying the car back and got a "It's hard to say" non-response. No clue why he didn't just say "NO." Couple of months later (January 6, 2026), the car started to run worse (engine rough and rpm fluctuations) and developed a major oil/transmission leak. I then reached out to Ryan via text (January 13, 2026) since I was going to a car dealer to trade in the LEMON since he said he would beat any trade in offers. Apparently, he had zero intention to buy the car back because he did not respond (guess he knew at that point he sold me a lemon). I moved on, junked the car, and wasted $6K. In the end Ryan became rude via text and tried to make me feel like I was being the difficult customer. You can see this in his response to my review. He conveniently leaves out the fact that he talked about buying the car back from me in October. In the end, Ryan sold me a LEMON and refuses to own up to it.
