  I purchased a vehicle from here. Sam told me that everything was OK upon getting the vehicle home. I found several issues with the vehicle, that cost me a fortune. I had to replace the tires and while getting the new tires found out the spare rim was cracked and would not hold air needed new brakes and rotors , hinge was broke on trunk. I reached out to Sam several times to just be given the run around about getting the problems fixed. He told me he would find the spare key that came with the car, never did. Just starting ignoring me. Very unprofessional and not a honest person. Would never do business here again and do not recommend anyone else do business with him either.

  Manager was wrong on the price that he gave us while driving the vehicle after I asked him to go over some numbers with us is when we discovered the price was higher than what we expected And asked if there was any wiggle room on it since it was on OfferUp he said no that those prices are aggressive and is not willing to come down on a car that has been smoking in cigarette burns half side tinted. do not come to this establishment you’ll waste your time and energy and the guy. The manager in the office was not willing to negotiate any price basically not willing to make a sale.

  OMG! I worked with Sam & hunnttiiiiieee!!!! He understood the assignment!!!! I made it clear I want to test drive & be in & out, I sent him all documentation needed when I did the online application the day before & when I arrived the following day he already had paperwork & car ready for me to test drive, pay & go. I was so excited & feel so blessed that my experience with them so far was quick & simple & I was given a second chance in life to get back on my feet & improve my credit. And also the price for down payment was fair & affordable with my credit. I’m not gonna be misleading though so I will be honest and say that the car is in good condition mechanically & it’s overall inner & outer look however even when test driving I kept hearing & feeling something that seems like it’s rocking back everytime I hit the gas or make a turn so I’m going to take it to a bmw shop to make sure it’s good good & get whatever needs to be fixed done & over with because I’m for sure paying off the car sooner then later and will be absolutely keeping it and giving it to my oldest son & returning to them again to do the same for my middle son. So basically this is the beginning of me building a healthy relationship with them & as long as everything continues to go smoothly & this car doesn’t break down on me I will continue to utilize & support them because they have no idea how much of a huge blessing & opportunity this was/is for me.
