  • OMG! I worked with Sam & hunnttiiiiieee!!!! He understood the assignment!!!! I made it clear I want to test drive & be in & out, I sent him all documentation needed when I did the online application the day before & when I arrived the following day he already had paperwork & car ready for me to test drive, pay & go. I was so excited & feel so blessed that my experience with them so far was quick & simple & I was given a second chance in life to get back on my feet & improve my credit. And also the price for down payment was fair & affordable with my credit. I’m not gonna be misleading though so I will be honest and say that the car is in good condition mechanically & it’s overall inner & outer look however even when test driving I kept hearing & feeling something that seems like it’s rocking back everytime I hit the gas or make a turn so I’m going to take it to a bmw shop to make sure it’s good good & get whatever needs to be fixed done & over with because I’m for sure paying off the car sooner then later and will be absolutely keeping it and giving it to my oldest son & returning to them again to do the same for my middle son. So basically this is the beginning of me building a healthy relationship with them & as long as everything continues to go smoothly & this car doesn’t break down on me I will continue to utilize & support them because they have no idea how much of a huge blessing & opportunity this was/is for me.

  • Amazing people, amazing service! Came in expecting to pay more but Sam and the team dialed me in and got me an amazing rate and offer. I am looking forward to coming back and doing more business with Nation Auto Care.

  • I showed up to National Auto Dealer to view a van that was actively advertised for sale online. After arriving, I spoke with a salesman who allowed me to test drive the vehicle and was moving forward with closing the sale, during all of this he mentioned that someone had previously shown interest a few days earlier but never returned over the weekend to finalize the purchase so that is why he was now selling the vehicle to me. The salesman then proceeded to run my credit, and we were nearing the end of finalizing the purchase when a manager suddenly walked in and stated that the van was already sold and that another customer had left a deposit on it. While this was happening, the person who had supposedly already bought the van walked in and was there to pick up the vehicle. What made this situation even worse was the manager’s demeanor and comments once he entered. He repeatedly made remarks about the van being sold and referred to me as “kid”. This behavior was dismissive, condescending, and made me feel discriminated against and not taken seriously as a customer. So let me be clear:
This vehicle was sold the entire time, yet I was still encouraged to test drive it, discuss terms, and have my credit run—something that cannot be undone and now negatively impacts my credit. At no point was I informed that a deposit had already been placed on the vehicle before my credit was pulled. To make matters even worse, after I left the dealership extremely upset, I was then contacted by someone else from the company (working from home) asking if I was still interested in purchasing the van. That call alone highlights the complete lack of internal communication at this dealership and unprofessionalism. How does a business operate this way? How does no one know which vehicles are sold, under deposit, or unavailable—especially before running a customer’s credit!! The combination of poor internal communication, unnecessary damage to my credit, and disrespectful, discriminatory treatment by management made this an unacceptable experience. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. Customers deserve transparency, respect, and professionalism—none of which I experienced here.
