  • I spoke with someone over the phone about a vehicle and informed them about my trade in. He stated it was ok and to come in. I also informed him I was driving an hour away. I pull up a guy is sitting on the porch doesn’t greet me which is fine. I approach him and ask was he the one I spoke with, he rudely says no and points to the other guy who was helping another customer. He finally gets up and says how much you owe? I told him, he gets my VIN number and says oh this car is only worth $4500 which I already knew. I’m here for a trade in let’s discuss numbers. Then with this same attitude ( they need customer service etiquette) says oh you need $4000 to pay this car off and another $4000 down on the other vehicle. You didn’t want to speak and half ass helped me, why would I give you $8000? Let me just say I wouldn’t dare give them a dime of my money Rude! Unprofessional and I took my car elsewhere and still got what I wanted . Keep searching ppl you will get what you want just not from them.

  • Manager was wrong on the price that he gave us while driving the vehicle after I asked him to go over some numbers with us is when we discovered the price was higher than what we expected And asked if there was any wiggle room on it since it was on OfferUp he said no that those prices are aggressive and is not willing to come down on a car that has been smoking in cigarette burns half side tinted. do not come to this establishment you’ll waste your time and energy and the guy. The manager in the office was not willing to negotiate any price basically not willing to make a sale.

  • I showed up to National Auto Dealer to view a van that was actively advertised for sale online. After arriving, I spoke with a salesman who allowed me to test drive the vehicle and was moving forward with closing the sale, during all of this he mentioned that someone had previously shown interest a few days earlier but never returned over the weekend to finalize the purchase so that is why he was now selling the vehicle to me. The salesman then proceeded to run my credit, and we were nearing the end of finalizing the purchase when a manager suddenly walked in and stated that the van was already sold and that another customer had left a deposit on it. While this was happening, the person who had supposedly already bought the van walked in and was there to pick up the vehicle. What made this situation even worse was the manager’s demeanor and comments once he entered. He repeatedly made remarks about the van being sold and referred to me as “kid”. This behavior was dismissive, condescending, and made me feel discriminated against and not taken seriously as a customer. So let me be clear:
This vehicle was sold the entire time, yet I was still encouraged to test drive it, discuss terms, and have my credit run—something that cannot be undone and now negatively impacts my credit. At no point was I informed that a deposit had already been placed on the vehicle before my credit was pulled. To make matters even worse, after I left the dealership extremely upset, I was then contacted by someone else from the company (working from home) asking if I was still interested in purchasing the van. That call alone highlights the complete lack of internal communication at this dealership and unprofessionalism. How does a business operate this way? How does no one know which vehicles are sold, under deposit, or unavailable—especially before running a customer’s credit!! The combination of poor internal communication, unnecessary damage to my credit, and disrespectful, discriminatory treatment by management made this an unacceptable experience. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. Customers deserve transparency, respect, and professionalism—none of which I experienced here.
