At first I was hesitant about going here I can honestly say I’m glad I did. Dave and Brittany were absolutely amazing as I sat there and talked with Dave, because of a situation that happened a week earlier in Killeen he made me realize everything would be ok and he’s a man of his word (Yes he is) Brittany was the sales rep that assisted me, as Brittany and I went on a few tests drives we were talking to each other like we’ve been knowing each other for years. Every question I had she answered she’s very knowledgeable about the cars they’re selling. After me not being able to make up my mind, they have so many to choose from, I did leave with one. I just want to thank Dave T. For reaching out to me and assuring me that excellent customer service still exists Dave T you are the best keep doing what you do. Thank you for everything
Misleading Experience – Buyer Beware I almost purchased their C63 S, and the experience completely destroyed my trust in this dealership. The vehicle has visible extensive hail damage, yet nowhere on their website or the CarFax was this disclosed. Even more concerning, not a single person I dealt with—my salesperson Isaac, the floor manager Taylor, or the finance manager Charlotte—mentioned it at any point during the buying process. When I asked why it hadn’t been disclosed, I was told, “That’s what we had the walk-around for.” The problem with that explanation is that the car was dirty during the walk-around, making the hail damage nearly impossible to see. It wasn’t until the vehicle had been detailed, after we were essentially ready to complete the purchase, that we stepped outside for one last look and immediately noticed the damage. We canceled the deal on the spot. The car is listed for around $30,000, which would be a reasonable price if it didn’t have significant hail damage. In its actual condition, I don’t believe it’s worth anywhere near that. The rest of the buying process only reinforced my concerns. They would not allow a test drive until after discussing financing numbers. Their policy advertises a “3-month/3,000-mile dealer warranty on pre-owned vehicles,” yet I was told that warranty would not apply because of the vehicle’s mileage. They also told me there is effectively no return period if problems are discovered after purchase. The financing options presented to me included lenders such as Westlake and Santander, which I personally was not comfortable using based on their loan terms and reputation. Everything about this experience felt designed to get me committed to the purchase before material issues with the vehicle became obvious. I encourage anyone considering buying from this dealership to inspect every inch of the vehicle in broad daylight, insist on a thorough independent inspection, read every document carefully, and not rely solely on the online listing or verbal representations. Based on my experience, I would not recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership.
Johanna was the best. I had a very unique situation. She was able to work with my friend, arrange a test drive and get my financing all while I was at my husbands bedside. This could have been a very stressful situation but she made it very easy and had no problems. Will definitely recommend her to work with. She was amazing.
