I went in today not knowing what to expect but I received the most kindest service from everyone there especially my sales guy James. He was very up front and honest about everything and he also had an answer for every question that I had. I walked out actually drove out in my new 2019 Nissan Altima. I was very impressed and he was able to ease any fear and uncertainty that I had. I highly recommend going there to purchase your next vehicle.
I am so sorry for not completing this review sooner. First of all, why is there not a 10 stars option?! My Husband and I were walking in with the intentions of buying a used car for my anniversary present. We walked out with a BRAND NEW 2026 OUTLANDER ❤️ Z'Rayah, Z'Rayah, Z'Rayah... you listened to our story, you made us feel so understood and ensured that we drove off with a vehicle that was truly fitting for our exact future needs. I didnt feel rushed into a vehicle or forced to get into something I wasnt sure of. You made me feel like a person. You didn't judge and regardless of what our credit looked like (due to previous hardships in the past) YOU FOUGHT FOR US. You made sure we walked out happy and safe in a vehicle that we could grow into and also feel secured in. Z'Rayah, I feel safe and I am confident that our future children will be safe and secured in our new Outlander. She drives so smooth and the features are so convenient. Thank you so much for being the best person for the job. I felt like we were meant to run into you because not only did you approach us with a huge smile, you knew exactly what we needed, you broke everything down for us to a molecular level to make sure we understood the entire process and also ensured that we knew what kind of car we were committing to. You were so patient, you were so kind, you were honest and extremely considerate to what we needed. Its so rare to find this in a sales person. I respect you so much and I WILL be dropping by for my first service WITH YOUR STARBUCKS ORDER IN HAND 😂❤️ you are amazing girl, thank you truly! Julyann you were great tooooooo! Omg you had such a wonderful attitude and explained everything to us so persicely. You didnt skip a beat with our paperwork and you made sure we understood every single page before signing 👌💯 I appreciate you so much for your patience and for answering the 100,000 questions I had without hesitation or frustration lol. I loved talking to you and we were so please with your service. We will be back to bother you and Z'Rayah regarding a new truck for my Husband soon! Congratulations to your daughter's sweet 15! You ladies ROCK and I cant wait to see your faces again! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND ELDER MITSUBISHI, THIER STAFF IS OUT OF THIS WORLD AND THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU NO MATTER WHAT!
We bought a 2020 Kia Sorento in November 2025. When we brought it home, I noticed that the vehicle was not cleaned. There were even sunflower seeds in the middle console. There was something spilled across the ceiling. I also noticed that the car charger port in the center was not working. I brought it back in to be detailed and have the car charger port fixed. They had to order parts, so they just did the “detailing.” They gave me back the car in the exact same condition. The clear mats that were on the floor that said “remove only by dealership” were even still on the floor. The day after, I noticed that the passenger side front door had a broken clip to hold the bottom panel on. They claim that they replaced it before, yet it was still broken. They refused to fix it and the passenger side door frame is still hanging. About a week later, I was driving down the highway with my children in the car when the car overheated and I had to pull over 5 times. I drove there to explain what was happening. I was practically in tears because we just bought this vehicle. They said that the thermostat had gone out and that the thermostat housing needed to be replaced. I come to pick up the car and mention that the brakes are screeching loudly. They said that the back brakes were replaced and that new brakes will have to be purchased out of pocket. One of the service advisors told me that the only reason they replaced the thermostat was because I was “frantic and in a bind” and that there isn’t anything else they will replace. I ask to speak to a manager. I told him that my husband wants to call the Better Business Bureau. He very sarcastically said “okay, do it.” A few weeks later, my husband spoke with them about getting a new horn as our horn was not working and about getting a second key. The car key was written into the contract that they would pay half. They quoted us $175, so I told them that we would have to wait on it for now. I showed up to get the horn fixed. A few days later, the service department called to say that we need to get the key by January 31st or they will not cover half as promised. On the 30th, I showed up to get the key. They finally got us the key after 2 hours of waiting in the lobby. We have also had to replace the 2 tail lights and 1 headlight within a few months of buying the vehicle as well; one of the taillights was completely melted into the light socket. This week, I took it to a local mechanic to get brakes. I was told that I needed new front brakes and rotors and that the drive belt was rotted through. I had to pay $797 out of pocket. As I’m waiting for the vehicle, they ask me to come look at the vehicle as it is in the bay. They show me the undercarriage that looks like it was in a wreck and part of the frame is completely separated. They show me the scrapes underneath, as well as the oil pan that looks like it is cracked and leaking. They also show me the spare tire that has never been used by us and is completely shredded and full of holes, and that the old thermostat clamps were left on with the new ones. At this point, I am beyond livid and am tired of having so many issues. Me and my husband go to Elder to explain the inspection they did. The service advisor & Sales Manager tell me that we have a service plan and that we have to pay a $100 deductible. The manager tells me at some point I need to be responsible for my own vehicle and that they will not pay on it indefinitely, which is not what I am expecting at all. He keeps saying this is an “As Is” vehicle and that Texas says they can sell the vehicle “As Is.” My husband takes them outside to show them what I am talking about and they look at it underneath. They find that the oil pan was missing a washer, which is why it was leaking oil. I have never done an oil change on the Kia, but they claim that one was done during one of my many visits (not notated or mentioned to me in the past), so one of their employees left the washer off, causing it to leak oil. They agree to replace the spare tire, but that’s all.
