  • Had a pretty good experience with the purchase of my truck. Byron was really great to deal with and the whole process was easy and quick. Actually one of the best purchase experiences I've had. My only disappointment was that I had questioned looseness in the steering and was told there were no issues and their mechanic had checked it out. I questioned it several times. After purchase I had the truck checked out and found that all four tires were out of balance, the steering damper was worn and needed replacement along with new front shocks and tie rods. All of this contributed to loose front end! Trust yourself! I got the truck for a good price and I am pleased with my purchase. It was still a pretty good experience. I'd buy there again.

  • Bought this Nissan in November, started having issues in January. Took it to Nissan and they did a full scan on it. Come to find out it had a roll over detection code on it, curtain a/b open, curtain a/b short, and an engine code. Tried reaching out to Brandon at trade up to see what to do, could never get an answer. In May the issues were just getting worse, took it to a shop, they determined it was an engine issue. I had it towed to Nissan, it is currently sitting at Nissan needing a new engine. Reached out to Brandon again because the extended warranty company refused to pay for it, after the master mechanic proved to the extended warranty adjuster that the car wasn't ran hot, and didn't have a coolant problem. Brandon did try to rectify that situation but after the extended warranty said they wasn't paying for it we reached out to the bank. They informed us that we needed to get in touch with Brandon and have him call the bank since we haven't had the Nissan for a full year yet. Brandon refuses to call us back and will not answer the phone. I just want this issue taken care of because I don't know what else to do. I did everything in my power to figure this out.

  • Great place that will work with you! I don’t have the best credit, and didn’t have much of a down payment and they were still able to help me get a car for my mom. Jonathon was a great salesman, especially since I came in 30 minutes before close. He was honest from the start, and helped me as much as he could!
