  Honestly if I could give them 6⭐ I would! Outstanding customer service! When we returned to the dealership we were greeted by the door being opened for us and a friendly "welcome back" Our sales man is Joey who went above and beyond to find the perfect car for us. I cannot list everything that he did for us. He is so nice and hands on. He makes sure you are completely happy with everything. Dwayne handled the financial end and made the entire process pleasant. He is friendly and very helpful. He will answer every question and is very patient. I noticed on the test drive that the gas tank had about a quarter of a tank left. When we picked up the car it had a full tank of gas. I was very impressed with this.

  Very very knowledgeable about cars. My daughter was looking for a good running car with low mileage. This is my daughter's dream card. Low mileage, good price and now she's safe and I'm happy for her. Thank you for everything you did for us, suburban car dealership.

  I visited this dealership on Tuesday, October 14, around 4 PM. I came in with realistic expectations, just looking for a reliable vehicle to commute back and forth to work. I looked at several cars — some were in decent shape, while others clearly needed work. One that stood out was a 2011 Ford Fusion with 187,000 miles. Given the high mileage, I assumed the price would reflect that, but to my surprise, they were asking nearly $4,000 and wouldn’t negotiate at all. I asked if they had any other options, and they took me to a second location. Again, I found that many of the vehicles were priced significantly higher than what I expected — especially considering their condition. What’s more frustrating is that the online prices didn’t match what was quoted in person. It felt like a classic bait-and-switch. I also noticed a pattern that matched complaints I later read on CarGurus: cars listed online as “available” were suddenly not available once you contacted or arrived at the dealership. It seems they keep listings active even when the vehicles are no longer on the lot, which is misleading at best. In hindsight, I should’ve trusted the online reviews before making the trip. If you’re looking for transparency, fair pricing, and consistency between online listings and what’s actually on the lot, I’d recommend looking elsewhere. Save yourself the time and frustration.
