I can't lie—the service here is top-notch and personalized. They helped me select the right services for my car-specifically the rims, tires, and suspension. Even though I brought the suspension parts myself, the professional installation was excellent. They scheduled an appointment for the work and met the delivery deadline exactly as promised. One thing I really appreciated—and which inspires confidence—is the consistently great attitude they show and how attentive they are in answering questions. I will never take my car back here again. They put the lug nuts on my car so tight I can barely get them off with a breaker bar. Ridiculous for a tire shop they don’t know anything about torque specs….. so tight they stripped the outer nut.
Amazing service from Jose Alvarez on my Ram 2500, the patience, knowledge, pricing and expertise was on another level. 100% recommended.
