  I started my interaction with this dealer via email. I had an offer on a similar vehicle elsewhere but Napleton had a more desirable color. I wanted to know we could be in the ball park before I drove over there. I emailed back and forth with Mitch one of the managers and decided to visit the dealership. Rocky my salesman greeted us at the door and we immediately took the vehicle for a drive. We sat down and very quickly came to an agreement on price and trade in value. Everything was transparent, quick, and friendly. When they offered me their extended warranty/service package I only had to say no once which was refreshing. No hard sell. The thing I was impressed about the most, which may be a small thing, was they wouldn't let me take the vehicle until they took it and filled it with gas. So many times I've bought a vehicle and the dealership wouldn't fill the tank. Very happy with the vehicle and the process. If you visit ask for Rocky he was great to deal with.

  I bought a truck here a couple weeks ago, and it was the best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. In particular, sales rep I worked with (Sarge) was great, he did not try pressuring me, he answered all my questions, he was respectful of my time, and I felt like he wanted what was best for me. In the end, they offered me a fair deal on my trade in and on the new truck, with no back and forth games like I’ve experienced at other dealers. The new truck is amazing. I will definitely recommend Sarge and St. Charles Napleton Chevy to my friends and family, and plan to go back if my family decides to purchase another vehicle.
