  I was researching used cars as they are amazing deals right now! Looking for Genesis GV70’s, Mercedes GMA GLC 250’s, Land Rover Range Rover Evoque and a particular grey on grey Land Rover Discovery Sport at Ed Napleton Chevrolet in St. Charles. It was easy to set up an appointment. My husband and I went this past Saturday and met with Joey. We looked at, I drove and I purchased the vehicle. For the price we did not haggle, it was a steal of a deal! Joey was very knowledgeable even though this vehicle was not his forte! Haha :) being an Italian too, it was a breeze to get into a reporte with him, he is easy to talk too, very polite, friendly, and not pushy like some sales guys! We were at Napleton a total of 3 1/2 hours. If I didn’t hem and haw for an hour or so it would have been shorter. Joey was patient with me! My husband was too, as a matter of fact. He liked the fact we got an amazing price, a decent rate with no money down, and the best part, he ACTUALLY wants to come back to this dealership. Again. I was shocked! We will see you soon Joey for my husbands truck, thanks again!

  I had a great experience at this dealership, I bought a new vehicle back in October 2025 from Eddy who helped me through the whole process. 3 months later I decide I wanted an upgrade in trim but same model, I went in being stern on what I wanted and what I could bring to the table for cash. Dealing with Jarred this time around who was also very attentive and available. I was able to get a lower interest rate, that actually lowered my payments even with the depreciation on the new vehicle I traded in. All in all it was a great experience from the two sales reps I dealt with Eddy and Jarred. Finance guy Tommy up to the Sales manager Mitch. I didn’t bother with calling and setting an appointment, I myself just went in with an idea on what I wanted and they made time for me both times around.
