  • I can't recommend Yalcars and Yigit Yalsin, in particular, enough due to my recent purchase, and I am not easily impressed! I never imagined buying a used car without at the very least driving it first. But after a lot of research, I knew exactly the car I wanted (2013 Lexus GS 350 AWD) with specific criteria, such as milage, prior maintenance history, price, etc. We found the exact car at Yalcar, but it was almost 2,000 miles away! Our experience with Yigit at every step was professional, informed, patient and honest. The initial immediate response to our inquiry and many questions, the zoom walk through inspection, link to Carfax history, subsequent fast and easy contract and financial arrangements and arranging delivery from Ohio to a difficult-to-reach area of Washington State (that arrived two days earlier than expected) was remarkable and worth a long review. At the moment I pulled the trigger and wired the money, I felt completely at peace. The price of the car was reasonable enough to justify the, also reasonable, price of transport and delivery. It arrived safely, exactly as advertised, and I love my car!

They even brought my car from a further location to a closer one to accommodate me! They were very patient and willing to work with me! Love the people whom I worked with and definitely would recommend going through them to get your next car!

  • We purchased one of the previously owned vehicle. They had posted more than 60 photos of this car, so have pretty good idea about what we are buying. They gave us a video tour of this car and showed the specific areas of our interest. Every one we came in contact with at this dealership is very nice, polite and willing to answer our question. They have arranged for the car to be shipped at our home address in different state. We feel very comfortable dealing with these people, which is very rare in this business. We do recommend this dealership as an honest enterprise to do business with.
