  • Yalcars made our car buying process the easiest and most transparent as I ever experienced. After vetting all the car details and financing info over the phone, it took less than 1 hour after arriving to the store, to test drive/approve of the car then sign and drive it away. No surprises, just good customer service.

  • My Experience at YALCARS — Buyer Beware If you’re considering buying a vehicle from YALCARS, I strongly recommend doing your research and having any vehicle inspected by your own mechanic. We were interested in a 2019 Ford F-150, and our salesman was Corey. The vehicle appeared to have no reported accidents online, but we later learned it had been involved in two accidents—one minor and one moderate. We were never provided a copy of the Carfax. When we raised our concerns, Corey emphasized that the airbags had never deployed and said he didn’t believe the accidents would affect the truck’s resale value. We were allowed to take the truck to our mechanic, who identified several issues, including: 1. Rear brakes needing replacement 2. Very low radiator fluid, with a recommendation to determine why 3. A missing transmission cover/shield and a bent handle 4. A failing tire-pressure valve 5. Recently cleared diagnostic trouble codes, which our mechanic recommended investigating We brought these concerns back to the dealership. We were told they would replace the rear brakes and radiator fluid and have answers to our remaining questions when we returned to complete the paperwork. I left a check and was told to return the following day. When we returned, nothing had been done to the truck. It was still sitting in the same spot where we had left it. Corey told us he had been "too busy" to get to it. When we questioned the situation, we were told, "Apparently I don't understand how things work around here!" At that point, we walked away. We had signed no contract, had not taken possession of the truck, and had not completed the purchase. We were then told that the check (we had been assured would be held until the contract was signed) had already been deposited. We were also told that if we did not take the truck, we would be responsible for a RESTOCKING FEE and the cost of repairs, including repairs we had NEVER requested! We have since placed a stop payment on the check and will be contacting our attorney. My concerns are based on the following: 1. No purchase contract was ever signed. 2. We never took physical possession of the vehicle. 3. We were being charged for repairs, including safety-related items, that we believe should have been addressed before the vehicle was sold. 4. We were told the deal could not be completed without the title to our trade-in, which we never provided. This was an extremely frustrating experience, and the way the situation was handled left us very uncomfortable. My advice: Do your homework, get an independent inspection, and make sure everything is clearly documented before giving this dealership any money.

  • It was the easiest time I've ever had at any dealership. AJ was very easy going and very friendly. Thank you again!
