We were stranded in San Antonio with a BMW fuel pump issue and fully expected to be out a couple thousand dollars. Most repair shops would have just read the code and jumped straight to replacement… but not Manny’s team. Instead, they dug deeper, came back with alternate solutions, and fixed the issue without having to replace the pump—saving me a huge amount of money. Their empathy and sense of urgency made a stressful situation so much easier to handle, especially when you're 2.5 hours from home.
