This was Tyler’s first time buying a car, and after visiting other dealerships that felt pushy and focused on getting us into something outside our budget, it was such a relief to find people who actually listened. Nick took the time to understand what we were looking for, let us test drive multiple vehicles, and never pressured us into something we didn’t want. He was friendly, patient, and genuinely cared about helping Tyler find the right car. As Tyler’s girlfriend, it was really special to watch him buy his first car with someone guiding the process who treated us with kindness and respect.
