  • DO NOT GO HERE! I went to Seattle Used Appliance for a washer/dryer and potentially a stove. Put down $200 deposit to hold the items and was NEVER told the deposit was non refundable. A friend of mine surprised me by gifting me a washer and dryer set and I was able to fix my stove. I immediately called to let this company know I no longer needed the appliances so they could return them to their inventory but they refuse to refund my deposit knowing I have kids and a tight budget. I was offered store credit but I'm moving out of state and won't be able to use it which I explained to these individuals. Very Bad Business Practice I feel stolen from and completely ripped off - DO NOT GO HERE
