I recently purchased a 2013 Lexus ES 350 from this dealer and couldn't be happier with the experience. Absolutely love this car. The car is very clean and sharp. Interior looks new. Everything works. Car was well taken care of. The sales team was professional and made the entire process smooth and transparent from start to finish. No hassle. Dealt with this car dealer before. Wanted a Lexus, this was the first place I thought of, drove by on a sunday. Sitting on the corner lot looking right at me, showed up Tuesday, took it for a test drive. I recommend this car dealership 💯 percent.
I would not recommend them at all. They stole $1500 from me in less than a month. They are disrespectful but friendly during the visit. They have no understanding; they towed my car, which was only 10 minutes away from the shop, and want me to pay $450 for the tow truck fee. They say that's their in-house fee. Save yourself the trouble and get your car quickly, but it's not worth it. They don't have online payment, so if you're three days late, they don't care.
This company is absolutely amazing! I accompanied a friend who was purchasing a vehicle, just to help inspect the car and review the paperwork—and I was truly impressed. Guadalupe was outstanding! They genuinely set their customers up for success, not failure. The rates are incredible, and the vehicles are in excellent condition—fully inspected and ready to go. I’ve been in the car business for over 30 years, and I’ve never experienced this level of professionalism and customer care from a buy-here-pay-here dealership. I highly recommend Acceptance Auto Sales—100%!
