  Last week my daughter, myself and 3 grandchildren came into the dealership to check out a vehicle for her and my grandkids. 2 of the 3 are Autistic and we really needed this vehicle for schooling and doctors appts etc... We both were pleasantly surprised at how welcoming and accommodating they were to us. They not only made us feel comfortable but they also were very patient and supportive of my grandkids(who are ages 4, 3 and 1). Test drove the vehicle was very happy with it. Not only that but the generosity was extended to us for help in the future. The 2 ugly reviews given by Teresa and Virginia clearly have to do with issues outside of Supreme Motors, so please don't go by what they said cuz I can assure you that it wasn't because of the owner or staff. Thank You To Ali and his Crew at Supreme Motors. We left there feeling like family. So if you are looking for a nice, clean vehicle then this is the place for you. Tell Ali that I sent you ...   Bought a Ram truck from Supreme motors back in July. Nothing but problems with this vehicle. Please please please learn from my mistake and have the vehicle looked at by your own mechanic before purchasing from any used dealerships but mostly Supreme motors. Within the first week we had to take the truck to their mechanic at A1 Alignment. After picking up the truck we shortly noticed the issue was not taken care of. Because the salesmen’s at Supreme seamed to really care about the issue I stayed patient because the reassured me they would make things right and get the vehicle fixed. We gave them the truck back to take to another mechanic. Come to find out the had the truck diagnosed at another shop but took it back to A1 Alignment to be fixed because they guaranteed the work. After getting the truck back the issue again was not fixed. They refused me the diagnostic paperwork. I took to my mechanic at American tire depot and they refused to do any work and advised me to take back to Supreme Motors. Now I was frustrated and had a discussion with the salesman at Supreme that I felt was very rude on his part. I stated I felt I was being scammed because the issue wasnt being taken care of at the shop they kept taking it to plus they refused me the diagnostic . The salesman became rude kept repeating himself saying “what don’t you understand” when I told him that A1 isn’t cutting it. I then took the truck back to Supreme at this point they had it for a week. During this time they took it back to A1 Alignment. For the 3rd time. I finally called A1 myself and the mechanic stated he is working on the truck blindly. He told me Supreme Motors told him he could not diagnose the truck and to only repair what they told him. They had him replace the oil housing unit but keeping the old sensor. I broght this up to Supreme then the owner finally got involved. Once again stated I would be taken care of and then ordered a new sensor and requested I not contact A1 anymore and if I had questions to call Supreme motors. But here is the problem yes they make you feel like they care BUT their communication Sucks!! They never call back when they say they will. They still to this day won’t share the diagnosis or paperwork of what was done the last time A1 had the truck and the truck still is not fixed. I also learned that they buy their vehicles from the Action. I would stay clear of this place at all costs.

  Had such an amazing experience with the owners! Purchased my 2nd family car and I have to say I'm glad I didn't go anywhere else. They were very professional and I recommend anyone interested in buying a vehicle to go to them. I'm glad I did
