  • Car was supposed to be ready on Friday. I drive an hour and half because I was told car was ready. As I wait, they tell me car was not ready and it would be delivered next day. Next day rolls around and car is ready and now they are telling me it has a bad battery and they cannot deliver today, they need to put a new battery in it. While I appreciate them putting a new battery in it. They gave me their word they would deliver car. Very disappointing and to me it’s bad business. I understand your porter was out but my salesperson told me HE would be delivering it himself not a porter. While I am happy a deal got done, the business behind the deal when it comes to deliverance and communication, was very poor. Update: Ryan the manager made it right! I love when I company prioritizes service after sale! Means they truly do care about customer experience. Car runs smooth and I appreciate everything that got done

  • I came from Spring, Tx honestly not expecting to get the truck of my dreams but that’s exactly what happened!! Yannet was a great sales woman and an even greater person she told me she would do everything in her power to get me into the truck I wanted and I’m extremely proud to say I closed the deal on a beautiful Chevy RST truck if you reading this go to Crown Auto Sales in sugarland and ask for Yannet give her your price range and she’ll keep it real and do everything she can to get you what you want I give her 5 star for service and I would recommend her to the whole state and anyone coming from out of state

  • Very bad dealer, bad experience if you don't want to lose your money I recommend not buying or dealing with this dealer. They stole 3k of down payment for a 2020 Chevrolet Camaro which the second day after I bought it the engine broke, so they stole my money and gave me a car with a damaged engine. These people are already used to doing this and it's not fair to the people who work hard to get our car.
