  • The best company to use for Motorsports. Bought a big bike from Venom and the engine went out. THEY SENT A NEW ENGINE for my bike!!! They really have your back. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them. Even if something goes wrong, they sell a lot of brands, they stand by there products. Even when the manufacturer may not, Venom absolutely will do anything to make issues go smoothly. Everyone I worked with was an total professional and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the customer service. Thank you Venom Motorsports from a lifelong customer. Absolutely would recommend!

  • I bought a pentora 250cc atv. Customer service was fantastic. I called multiple times to check on the status of my purchase and was treated with respect every time. My only issue was they offered the nibbi carburetor with the purchase but do not specify the amount of fabrication necessary to make the install work and there are no videos to show how. Beyond that, the atv runs perfect with the carb, and the quality of the quad is absolutely worth the money. I do wish their website had a direct link for parts for the Pentora like exhaust parts that are built on, but I understand that they do not. I would recommend people buying from them and I’m happy with their service.

  • Bought the venom x22.125cc. One of the plastics on the right side came damaged, a big chip of it is missing. I’ve never dropped the bike and I’ve been riding for 5 years. Also the heat shield snapped and i had to take it off cause of alot of vibration. One of the bulbs in the headlight went out not even 100 miles into the bike. One of the MUFFLER BOLTS snapped off INSIDE OF THE ENGINE! Horrible product! Very cheap!!
