  I bought a pentora 250cc atv. Customer service was fantastic. I called multiple times to check on the status of my purchase and was treated with respect every time. My only issue was they offered the nibbi carburetor with the purchase but do not specify the amount of fabrication necessary to make the install work and there are no videos to show how. Beyond that, the atv runs perfect with the carb, and the quality of the quad is absolutely worth the money. I do wish their website had a direct link for parts for the Pentora like exhaust parts that are built on, but I understand that they do not. I would recommend people buying from them and I’m happy with their service.

  Just got the Receive my new bike..! And you can’t get me off it lol Absolutely I loved it… Not to mention The staff and especially Jo Who was assisting me with some of the shipping stuff handled it almost instantly with no problems in a very timely matter 5 out of 5 stars definitely will be coming back for another bike..!

My Venom Bella 125 has been a great motorcycle—reliable, functional, and perfectly suited for my daily needs. It has performed very well and has met my expectations completely. I am truly happy with it. I would also like to express my gratitude to the Venom factory and the entire team.
