  • I've bought a lot of used cars in my life and this was probably the easiest and most pleasant transaction yet. Alex showed us the car we were interested in and let us take a test drive. Now, I was fully expecting the hard sell when I got back, but he was very relaxed and let us make our own decision. He then made us a deal, working within our price range vs trying to push us to the limits. Next, he noticed there was an issue with the trunk latch and instead of the usual "well, it's a used car, sorry", he actually brought over a mechanic to fix it right away. I should also add that used car dealers can learn a lesson from Alex about how to clean a car for sale. I have been shocked at how dirty many used cars are, but Alex's team obviously takes pride in their inventory and the interior looked as new as it could considering its age. In the end, I am completely satisfied and would recommend his dealership to anyone who never believed buying a used car could be painless. Here, you'll walk out with a smile (and a clean vehicle).
