  Ive been going to Chester / CarCraft for the last few years now and their service has always been outstanding for me. They got a good group of guys there, and they get their work in and out. Definitely would recommend to friend or family member.

  We’ve been a long-time customer and have had our snow plow tractors serviced here in past seasons without any major issues. However, this year’s experience has been extremely disappointing. I started reaching out almost two months ago to schedule service for our tractors before the snow season. I called multiple times, left messages, and rarely got a call back. About two weeks ago, I finally spoke with someone who said a tow truck would reach out that week to arrange pickup of one of the tractors, but no one ever called. When I followed up the next week, I was told that all their tow trucks were down and that they were looking into other options. I even offered to arrange towing myself, and they said they’d call me back… but here I am, still waiting a week later. It’s hard to understand how a mechanic shop can have all its tow trucks out of service for this long, and it’s even harder to justify the lack of communication. Whether this is just poor management or something else, it’s not the level of professionalism I expect from a business we’ve trusted in the past. Very disappointing experience overall. I hope they can improve their communication and reliability moving forward.
