  My experience at Fuentes Automotive Group was extremely negative and frustrating. I went there seriously looking to buy a car, but instead of receiving proper customer service, I was met with arrogance and a careless attitude. The salesperson was rude, uninterested, and spoke in a very disrespectful way. When I asked questions and took time to consider my options, I was told something like “If you don’t buy it, then don’t. I don’t care.” Hearing this from someone whose job is to sell cars is shocking and unacceptable. This behavior shows a complete lack of professionalism and respect for customers. It felt like they had no interest in helping, explaining details, or building any trust. Rather than making the customer feel welcome, they make you feel like you are wasting their time. A car dealership should be a place where customers feel comfortable, valued, and supported. Unfortunately, Fuentes Automotive Group failed in every one of those areas. I left without buying anything and will never return. I strongly advise others to take their business elsewhere.

  One of my best experiences in buying a car . Fernando the owner was awesome and really shows that he cares about the customer needs. Jenni was also great and treated me like a friend. The car I purchased a great buy for my daughter’s first car. She loved it !!!

  I visited Fuentes Automotive Group to look for a car, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing due to the attitude of the staff. From the beginning, the salesperson was dismissive and unprofessional. Instead of being helpful or informative, they acted as if customers were an inconvenience. At one point, the salesperson explicitly said something along the lines of “If you don’t buy it, don’t buy it, I don’t care.” This kind of language and mindset is completely unacceptable in any customer-facing business, especially in car sales where trust and communication are essential. I came in genuinely interested in purchasing a vehicle, but the rude behavior and lack of respect immediately made me uncomfortable. No customer should feel ignored or belittled for asking questions or taking time to make a decision. Buying a car is a major investment, and customers deserve patience and professionalism. Because of this experience, I decided not to move forward with any purchase here. I would not recommend Fuentes Automotive Group to anyone who values respectful service and a positive buying experience.
