  • Leaves you high and dry before 30 days are up financing a car. Safety hazards won’t get fixed and they will procrastinate until they can’t no more. Never buy from here. UPDATE: Getting the car fixed somewhere else because RJO Motors refused, here’s what we finally found UNDER the vehicle, the sellers knew exactly what they were doing to make a quick buck! Again, Please don’t buy from here!!! Your money is good somewhere else! We’re coming out of pocket for a lot of expenses that could’ve been avoided with a little bit more knowledge and advisory. RE: No false information! Just bad business, the cars not under my information but we’ll definitely give you a call Tuesday 9/5/23. Ignorance is bliss sir and the issues that were pointed out were not handled just ignored as if we never brought it up.

  • Vehicle's EBrake didn't exist so after purchase they had it fixed along with battery replacement and interior detailing since it smelled. Bought the car October 27th and at the time of writing this review it is November 14th. I still haven't driven the car off the lot yet. Update: Yeah it's now November 21st, 2023. I picked up the vehicle Thursday last week and the battery wasn't replaced along with the EBrake cable still being frayed. Also waiting for a response from the guy that sold me the car to actually get it fixed and still no response. So, if you want your time wasted. Come on down to RJO Motors.

  • The customer service is of very poor quality I bought a car it lacks parts and I have been trying to communicate with her for several weeks and not answering the staff lies a lot
