  • I saw a vehicle posted on the website, I went into the dealership for that specific one and they informed me that the price was posted incorrectly, after going back and forth for a bit they choose to honor the price. I moved forward with the sale but when they brought the paperwork I noticed almost a 2,000 dollar charge, when I asked what was the charge for they explained that they place it on all vehicles so if any repairs need to be done it is used from that money. I informed them that how would I know if my car needed 2000.00 worth of repairs, they informed that some cars need more work and some need less. So they just place that price on all the cars. I informed them I would pay for my car repairs but not others. The took off 1,000 dollars from that price which worked. I was informed that my car would be ready later that day for pick up. So the I informed them I would send my husband to pick up the next day. Once my husband got there he was informed the car was not ready but it would be ready tomorrow. We did not receive a call until that next day informing us that if they could keep the car for a week to do repairs and get a part in. We said that was fine but to call us with updates. No one ever called us, we had to track down and continuously call their phones to get someone to give us answers once that week was over and the car still wasn't ready. I finally got a call from the GM who finally was giving me an update everyday until finally we got the car.

  • Every dealership turned me down but the moment I walked inside , they made sure I was good no matter what it took. I was about to drive off with a great car that I fell inlove with. Please if you looking for a car , come here ASAP . Ask for Samuel and tell him Brandy sent you. You will not be disappointed, I promise. Best dealership HANDS DOWN

  • Went to look at a used truck for myself and didn’t expect to leave with it but they worked a miracle and got the deal done. Samuel was an awesome sales man and helped me every step of the way. Thank you so much! I am so excited about my truck!
