I drove from out of town to get this truck, it was a beautiful truck and the price was great. I had to have it. My man Ben was wonderful throughout the process. I worked him starting Friday morning and picked up the truck Saturday morning 24 hours from our first conversation. Walked in and walked out in 1.5 hours with keys in my hand! That’s the way I love doing business.
Was looking for my dream yellow Jeep online – saw this one posted and immediately inquired. Ben in sales was a great help, gave me everything I needed and explained the process the whole way through! Finance was also helpful - Mr. L I forgot his full name. Now I just have to get used to driving a Jeep LOL
The experience started off rushed and ended up feeling unnecessarily uncomfortable. Our test drive lasted less than five minutes, which hardly felt like enough time to properly evaluate a vehicle. After that, we were seated for nearly two hours with virtually no communication or updates. The lack of engagement was frustrating and honestly awkward. The finance portion only added to the discomfort. The focus felt heavily centered on monthly payments rather than helping us understand options. What was initially presented as roughly $1,400 per month somehow dropped to around $800 the moment we indicated we might walk away. That kind of swing raises obvious concerns. What stood out most, however, was the pressure surrounding reviews. We were told the salesperson could be “fired” if we didn’t leave a 10-star review. Post-sale, the only follow-up we received was again about leaving a perfect review — not about how the vehicle was performing or whether we were satisfied. Buying a vehicle should feel exciting, not pressured. Disappointing overall.
