  San Antonio Dodge will work a great deal for you. I recommend asking for Orlando Cavazos. I challenged him to get me into my Jeep at the price I wanted to pay and he made the deal work.

  Do not use or purchase a vehicle from this company.Unless you want them to avoid helping you at any cost.After you leave their shop I'm not the type of person to write reviews like this. Because I always try to find the good in things. But as a small business owner, that is trying to do good things in the community here of San Antonio and deciding to go with them to purchase a new Dodge Ram. Truck, they have been very selective about when they're willing to help. And when they're not in regards to a warranty situation, they even sent me to another dealership, almost as if they were trying to avoid helping me avoid these guys like the plague because there is no help afterwards. They just want your money and they want to run. There's no accountability everyone's not available. The managers on the service department, the supervisors. The department manager is not available They will just want to pass you to the next department.And act like they can't do nothing for you then.Once it's ringing, it will hang up.And so there goes another hour of my life wasted talking to somebody that all they could talk about is what they cannot do. Avoid them like the plague Below I will post a picture of a recorded conversation that I had with them, where basically they explained that they will not help me. And that the people that can are not available to answer phone calls that I should leave a message. And that they can't go down. And walk over to the other building to get them or to at least check if they're busy total lack of service.I have more recordings of conversations with them.That are just absolutely absurd.
