  I just had the best experience at this dealer with my sales person Frank ! We were denied in so many places and in need of a new car with a newborn. We got here this morning and left with a Camry.   OK, this was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had, and I have bought a lot of cars and I’d prefer the small dealerships over the larger dealerships anytime . I searched all across Miami for my max SUV and they had it not only was the price exactly what was listed they gave me an amazing deal on my trade-in above market value. The salesman DANIEL was absolutely amazing was very attentive and accommodating and hospitality with the Cuban coffees all day. Jose The finance manager was fabulous. She walked me through the process with my approval that had the best rate and signing all of the documents and everything I did through my phone in her office. She was very friendly and very happy. The best part of buying the car was when I took it for a test drive with Lewis. I asked Louis, That I wanted to take it out on the highway and give it full speed and take it for a good drive. He was like no problem Thomas let’s go. We went for a half an hour test drive and I really got to understand the car and hear about the background and history and the warranty When I got back from the Test drive I had the conference for me that this was a really good car . I spent several hours there with the team and I had a really good feeling very genuine care, quality cars, quality service and I’ll take my adult kids back to buy their cars there. Also I can’t thank you guys. It was amazing experience and I’m so happy with my car as I wanted it for camping and to transport all of my kids I also got my first work orders done the next day and fit easily 20 boxes in the back, I’m very happy and highly recommend everybody at prestige as Miami. You’ll have a great time and you won’t be disappointed you guys are five star thank you. 😊😊👍💯💯🙏

  *Was towed because the car won’t start after 3 weeks. Daniel (the salesman) was all about pushing the sale, saying whatever it took to get the car off the lot. But after I bought it, he completely disappeared when I reached out about the issues I had the very next day. My documents were supposed to be sent digitally, but I didn’t see them until a whole week later. When I finally got ahold of someone at the dealership, I complained about the car being given to me with no gas, and of course, the salesman ignored my calls. Then the check engine and other warning lights started popping up like the car had been reset or something. Miguel (finance) claimed all cars are "double inspected," but those lights just magically appeared after I bought it. Since I paid in full, Miguel basically told me it was my fault for not inspecting the car before driving off. Now, apparently, there’s nothing they can do because I bought it "as is," like I just picked it up off the street. I get why they denied service after I waved about 3K. 3 weeks and I still waiting for my plate. - Their cars are in poor condition, so make sure to ask for the vehicle’s history and take it for multiple test drives to check that no dashboard lights are on. - Don’t let them pressure you into submitting a review during the buying process—wait at least a week before doing so. - Avoid bringing your family when buying a car—they'll try to distract you from noticing any issues with the vehicle.
