  • Prestige Motors? The exact opposite of prestige is the experience that I had with this dealer. I like to tell the truth and I'm going to share my experience. I bought a Chevy Malibu 2013 on April 1, 2026. They originally were asking for 5,000 and they were nice enough to leave it at 4,000. Ok cool. When we took the car for a test drive, nothing was out of the ordinary. No check engine lights. Nothing. I closed the deal. When we left, I stopped at a gas station and pumped gas. A couple blocks down, the car comes to a complete stop and turns off at the red light. I try to turn on the car, it turns on. It drives a couple of more blocks and then it turns off again. I call the dealer and they acted surprised just as much as me. They offered to have the mechanic come over the house the following day as it was already 6pm. The following day, the mechanic showed up around 1 pm. He did a quick evaluation and said that most likely it was the water pump. He would have to order the piece and have his assistant come and help him install it. He said on Monday they would both come and fix the car. Come Monday, after saying they would show up around 3 pm, they ended up showing up at 9 pm. When they popped the hood of the car and looked around they realized that they would have to take it into their shop. We were willing to wait and have them fix it that same night rather then having to come back the next day. What I found strange is that the car check engine was not showing any signs of anything wrong with the car. You would think for an issue as big as the car turning off that something would light up. Trusting that this fixed the issue we drove off. At this point the dealer made it clear that any other mechanical issues were our responsibility. The next morning, the same issue was presenting itself. I haven't been able to drive the car as one should. Considering this was a used car we understood their could be some minor issues but not something as big as car not driving. The only way to drive the car was waiting for it to start and hoping you'd make it to your destination by putting it on Neutral at the red lights and praying. We took the car to 2 different professional dealers to get a different opinion. They both said that the check engine piece had been manually removed. Hence, why the check engine light was not on, therefore giving a false status on the vehicles current functions and status. The report of the car presented more than 16 different issues all resulting to be more than $3,000 in potentially fixing it. At this point it has been less than a month since we purchased the vehicle, obviously extremely disappointed and even more when finding out it was manually tampered with - which is ILLEGAL. The car was sold under false pretenses. We go straight to the dealer after leaving the second mechanic, and told them the situation. They simply stayed that they could not help us at all. We asked if they would be willing to exchange the car, or give us the money back. Anything they could do so we wouldn't loose our $4,000 CASH investment. They were quick to dismiss us saying that it was no longer their problem and that there was nothing they could do! I would have at least expected them to say ok we can take the car back let's look at other options even if I had to pay a little more, but something is better than nothing at this point! As you can imagine, I would not trust this business to sell you a reliable car that functions. This is just plain inhumane and bad business!

  • Great experience from start to finish! Adrian and Miguel were both professional, honest, and very helpful throughout the entire process. They made everything easy and stress free. I highly recommend this dealership and definitely recommend asking for Adrian and Miguel!

  • The best experience I have ever had. The car was sold in sufficient time. We got a full tank and a car wash right before we left. Everything was of great service and would recommend to anyone.
