The team here at Sierra Subaru were very helpful and answered all my questions. I was in the market for an upgrade for my old 2010 wrx. Jeff helped me compare some of the new wrx offering and I finally settled on the ts. I went back on a different day after considering finances. Jeff was unfortunately busy with another customer so Chris was able to assist me with my purchase and answered any further questions I had with the process. They gave me a decent price for my trade in so I was happy to part with my old wrx and I'm still smiling everytime I see the new one. David and Sang were also very helpful and a pleasure to chat with during the whole process and financing procedures. Overall I'm very happy with my experience purchasing my wrx from the team at Sierra Subaru.
Yadira Cedillo has been helping us for a while now and is always great. This time we went in to get crossbars installed for our new Ascent. We had some hiccups during the visit, but Yadira handled everything professionally and made sure it got sorted out. We really appreciate her ongoing help! Also, I would like to commend Michael Conquilla, as always, for his very exceptional customer service. That is why we keep coming back to Sierra Subaru because of him. Tanya from Financing did a great job as well. She made sure that we got all our refunds back right away from the warranty and GAP cancellations on our old Ascent. She definitely proved us wrong about our previous bad experience with David.
I purchased a 2025 Subaru Crosstrek from Sierra Subaru this past Sunday. Before that, my fiance and I shopped there because she was replacing her 17-year-old Impreza. We saw several cars on the website that met her needs and the color she wanted. Turns out they had several as close to new without being new loaner cars that were being sold. We met Ivan, she test drove the car, and went inside to see if it would all work out. Though we were very close, we were unable to come to an agreement and left. I appreciated how upfront they were without wasting our time with several back and forths waiting 20 to 30 minutes in between. We had that experience at another dealer the previous weekend. After a couple days my fiance reconsidered her budget, realizing that she needed to spend a little bit more to get the car she wanted, so we returned and made the deal with the last number they had offered. After driving her car, I guess I got the bug and sent an inquiry to Ivan about another Crosstrek on the website. Same car but different color. I went there, test drove, and went inside to make a deal. Knowing the relative numbers, having researched my trade-in, and Ivan knowing me already and where I was at with my budget, we came to an agreement fairly quickly. The finance person remembered us from the previous weekend and it was a very easy going experience this time. That process was a bit quicker having observed it already and we were done in no time. I want to commend the dealership and Ivan, the finance person, and the"numbers" person who we briefly met the previous time. They were personable, respectful, and didn't waste our time. They were worth the drive (20 miles). It was a pleasure to work with Ivan twice on what can be a very stressful process. I just wish they were closer so I could do my service there. Thank you again!
