  From start to finish, our experience at Sierra Subaru of Monrovia was genuinely exceptional. We worked with Curtis (sales rep), Dylan (sales manager), and Jeff, and the three of them made what is usually a stressful, exhausting process feel easy, respectful, and even enjoyable. Curtis’s funny, genuine video was actually what drew us in—and it was compelling enough that we postponed appointments with three other dealerships just to come here. That decision paid off immediately. This was the first and only dealership where everything stayed low-pressure and positive the entire time. Even during negotiations, there was never frustration, attitude, or disrespect—just honesty, patience, and phrases like, “Let me see what I can do” and “I can always ask.” That alone says a lot. My wife and I are neurodivergent, and that was briefly shared early on. What stood out most was how naturally and respectfully it was handled—no fuss, no awkwardness, no repeated explanations. Our needs were simply understood and accommodated without ever being spotlighted. That level of awareness and professionalism is rare and deeply appreciated. They also went above and beyond when a sensor issue came up during purchase. Instead of pushing the car through the sale or asking us to deal with it later, they proactively located and brought in a brand new vehicle from another dealership so we wouldn’t have to worry about it at all. That kind of integrity and follow-through speaks volumes. Subarus are incredible vehicles to begin with—but when you pair them with a dealership like this, the choice becomes easy. I would confidently recommend Sierra Subaru of Monrovia to anyone in my family or circle. In fact, my wife has already said her next car will not only be a Subaru, but it will be purchased here—no exceptions.   My overall experience with Subaru of Monrovia was great. I'm happy with my new black on black Subaru Crosstrek. Jose Cruz and Dylan Walsh in the sales department, as well as Tanya Ly in finance, provide a well informed and thoughtful transactional space that was free from hassle and disregard.
