They work with you if you’re in need to cover fill down payment, they have an amazing selection of vehicles, the staff here are super friendly, and took care of my needs without hesitation!! If you’re like me and ask tons of questions.. They didn’t hesitate to answer them and were super patient with me!! Check out Ms. Brenda she’s absolutely amazing and say I sent you!! :) Oh and lastly y’all if your in a jam up with your credit, no worries cause EVERYONE IS APPROVED!!   Disappointing Experience with Smart Choice Pasadena I am sharing my experience with Smart Choice Pasadena because I believe customers should be aware of the issues I have encountered after purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. When I purchased my truck, I was given several assurances regarding the vehicle and the level of support I would receive after the purchase. Unfortunately, many of those commitments have not been fulfilled. Shortly after my purchase, the truck began experiencing transmission issues. I was informed by the owner that another vehicle would be provided as a solution, but more than two months have passed and I have yet to see that commitment followed through. I have also experienced ongoing issues with the payment process. I was told that my payments would be handled through automatic withdrawals using the card information provided. However, instead of being notified promptly if there was an issue, I was contacted only after my account had fallen behind. My card has remained active, and Smart Choice has had my payment information on file, which made the situation especially frustrating. Additionally, I was told by the sales representative that she would follow up with me regarding a possible trade-in due to the transmission failure, but I never received the promised call back. The lack of communication and follow-through has been very disappointing. In the past, I had a more positive impression of this dealership, but since Hassan’s departure and not seeing Brenda there anymore, I feel the customer service and accountability have declined significantly. My recent experience has left me feeling that the commitments made during the purchase process were not honored. At this point, based on my experience, I would not feel comfortable recommending Smart Choice Pasadena to others. Purchasing a vehicle is a major decision, and customers deserve transparency, reliable communication, and a dealership that stands behind its commitments.

  I had such a great experience! Brenda, the sales representative, truly went above and beyond to help me get the car I wanted. She was patient, professional, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping her customers. A big thank you as well to the boss for being so understanding and willing to work with my budget. That kind of customer service means a lot and is hard to find these days. I highly recommend coming here if you’re looking for great service and people who truly care about their customers! Make sure to ask for BRENDA, the queen🙌🏼❤️🔥🔥
