  • I’m very disappointed with this dealership and with how complicated this purchase turned out to be. From the beginning, communication was difficult. Getting clear answers was complicated, and the whole buying process felt confusing and poorly handled. I was told the Jeep was in perfect condition and that there was nothing to worry about. That was not true. After the purchase, I discovered multiple issues: the Uconnect screen is damaged, coil number 5 is damaged, the shocks are above the acceptable wear limit, and the compressor is already at the end of its life. On top of that, coil number 5 is located on the harder side to access, which means more labor and more repair costs. What also bothered me is the pricing. They say “no hidden fees,” but then there was a dealer fee, a fast title fee, and other added costs. The price also seemed to change frequently, so the final amount was not always what was shown online. Overall, this was a very complicated and frustrating purchase. I feel like I was not given a clear or honest picture of the vehicle or the real cost of buying it. I would strongly advise anyone considering buying from this dealership to be very careful, ask for everything in writing, and get an independent inspection before making a decision.

I recommend this dealership for your next used vehicle. I got a great deal and a beautiful used car that is very reliable. So I am speaking from my personal experience.
