  My dad bought a car through them for me to be able to commute to school. I absolutely loved the car, but about a month and half into driving I noticed a rattling noise. I took it to 3 mechanics and they confirmed it was ROD KNOCK. I need a completely new engine that cost upwards of 6-8000 dollars, about the same we paid for the car. The Honda Dealership even suspects that they tried to mask the noise and to get it sold immediately. We reached out to see if there was anything they could do, and was completely ghosted. There was also a moment when we were test driving the car when we would reverse the wheel would rub against the wheel arch. The seller proceeded to lie to us that the wheels were too big and come to find out later on the A-arm completely bent out of shape. Do not trust this auto group, if you see this before buying. I’m afraid a lot of the reviews are of friends/family.

  Day one, car seems great with no problems yet, My son loves it. Even though the guest service was great, I’m giving it two stars. The reason being, even though the salesman said he had been driving the car and it was great, after we signed the contract and went out to leave. The car wouldn’t start. Luckily, he just happened to have a portable jump starter in his backpack. We were two hours away from home and had to purchase a new battery at AutoZone for $240. We also had to put gas as the car was on empty. The tags were also expired and he neglected to tell me there had been a moderate damage accident on the Carfax, which he had. I had asked about the Carfax several times, but didn’t get to look at it until he emailed to my son after we had already left. That’s when I saw the reported accident. However, the car does run great and looks good. We probably would have purchased it anyway, but it would’ve been nice to Not have to deal with these problems from the get go.
