  Went to this dealership to ask questions as I am a first time buyer. I was immediately welcomed, by the nice receptionist at the front desk, then shortly introduced to Edwin. Immediately felt comfortable because he had a very positive welcoming attitude. I addressed to him my credit wasn’t the best so I didn’t really have hope but I still wanted to see if I can get an approval. As I was nervous and had negative thoughts because it was taking a while to see if I got approved, he kept cheering me on, saying don’t worry you’re going to get approved you have good income, don’t worry positive thoughts. Before I was even approved he was showing me cars I could qualify for and if I liked a certain brand/model, which made me feel more hopeful. He stepped away for a few minutes and said I got approved😭 Took me to test drive a car and got my paper work set up for me. Even after everything was done and I was ready to take my car, he made sure I was good, helped me set up CarPlay and answered all my questions. I appreciate him so much.
