  • I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Bought a Mazda from these guys. They claimed it’s a good clean car. We drove it and it seemed good so we bought it .In less than 7 days engine light was flashing and the car stopped moving. I towed it to their mechanic who charged the same price I bought the car to repair it. I was devastated but they said they would help. They tried to fix it and it broke down again just as I was leaving their office. They fixed it for the 3rd time and in just a week the car has broken down again. Ali forced me to sign a good will document after the 3rd time of repair but I refused .He then threatened to remove the replaced parts if I don’t sign. I stood firm and told him that I’ll would only sign after talking to my friend since I was not sure about it. I feel so sad and devastated since this is the first car I’ve bought. When we walked into their office,we thought it was Best Buy motors since my friends dad had bought his car from Best Buy’s and it was still good unfortunately we had entered United Auto Motors. I feel terrible

  • They have a good selection of vehicles to choose from. My son & daughter in-law had been looking for a car for about a week. It was like every car they looked at was crap. After 3 car lots we pulled into UAC. We started looking around we test drove 2 cars. The white Chevy Cruze was the one Robbyn chose. She was so excited she loved it. The sales man was not pushy he was great. He did everything he could to get them that car. Their first car not a lot of credit or work history. He got it done for them. Shonna P

  • Recently purchased a vehicle from this dealer. Test drove and check up and down throughout the car and it looked good. Not 10 minutes down the road after we bought it, the check engine light came on. The dealer encourages buyers to write a review before even taking the cars off the lot which could be part of the large amount of good reviews here since the salesman is in fact nice and low-pressure. Make sure this dealership isn’t selling you junk and test drive for longer than I did (about 25 minutes) and definitely take it to a mechanic.
