  ⸻ Absolutely unacceptable experience. This dealership listed a vehicle at 78,823 miles, but the moment I left and parked, I saw the actual mileage was 80,810 (1,987 difference). That’s not a small mistake—that’s a major discrepancy and completely misleading. I drove 4 hours to get there and 4 hours back because I trusted this dealership based on their reviews. That trust was clearly misplaced. To make matters worse, I arrived about 20 minutes before closing and was rushed through the buying process, which did not give me a fair opportunity to fully inspect the vehicle or review everything properly. I contacted the owner, Alex, immediately by email and got no response. When I called the next day, he hid behind his receptionist they call “Nykki” instead of handling it himself. She was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Only after pushing the issue did the owner finally get on the phone. It gets worse. I was not properly provided with a signed purchase order, a clear breakdown of charges, or an odometer disclosure at the time of sale. When I later requested the documents, I found multiple fees that were never clearly explained. There was also a burned mark on the back seat that was not disclosed and appeared to have been hidden. When I brought it up, they only offered $150 toward what is roughly a $500 repair. After I brought up the mileage issue and even sent proof, they quietly edited the online listing—but still didn’t correct it to the actual mileage. That’s extremely concerning and shows a lack of honesty and accountability. When I asked for a fair resolution based on the mileage difference, the owner refused to do anything. No accountability, no attempt to make it right. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. Double-check everything, get every document upfront, and don’t trust what’s listed without verifying it yourself. I will be pursuing this further.   Great place to buy your next car. Alex was awesome to work with and made the whole process simple and worry free. I called the dealership at 11pm on a Wednesday to leave a message for scheduling a test drive that weekend, and Alex answered my call right then. He was very helpful in answering all of my questions and sent some additional photos within 5 minutes of our (late night) call. When I showed up he was very polite and easy going. He already had the car fax ready for me. Great customer service here and I’m very happy to say I bought my new car from this place!

  Had a Great experience purchasing the Truck I wanted with Fastlane, Sales Rep Nykky was very communicative through out the entire process, made it smooth and very Easy for me on my end. Definitely sending all friends and family in that direction when they’re needing or Wanting a new vehicle . ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
