  • I used to recommend this dealership to everyone — not anymore. After what I just went through, I wouldn’t send my worst enemy here. The second I said I was paying cash and declined financing and the warranty, the manager David acted like I ruined his day. I had $8,000 cash, which should have been plenty for a car listed at $7,250. He said the “cash price” was $8,109. When I asked if we could do the $8,000 I had with me, he cut me off and said NO. When I came back with the extra money, he threw a $20 across the desk like he was doing me a favor and made snide jokes about it. That alone should’ve been my sign. We brought the car back for the rotor work they agreed to. When we went to pick it up, the tire was low and had a huge screw in it — the same tire that was perfectly fine when we dropped it off. I was told to leave it and they would fix it. The next day, around 3 PM, they told me they wouldn’t repair it. The manager wouldn’t call me and instead sent a text giving me 24 hours to pick up the car before they’d tow the vehicle we had just bought. When I arrived, the car was shoved behind the building, blocked in, and sitting on the rim like trash. Not a single apology. Not a single attempt to fix the problem. Their detail guy did show up at the tire shop last min, but the moment he heard the tire couldn’t be patched, he got in his car and drove off. That tells you everything. Bottom line: If this is how they treat someone who just bought a car, imagine how they treat people after the sale. Management is rude, dismissive, and seems to go out of their way to avoid doing the right thing — even when it costs $60. My salesman Zachary was the only good experience. I genuinely hope he finds a better dealership that values honesty and basic respect. I will also be filing a report with the Texas DMV regarding this experience. THIS RESPONSE IS NOT ACCURATE. The vehicle I purchased is not a Sonata, so it’s clear this reply was copy-pasted and not even directed at my situation. The tire was not flat and did not have a nail in it when I dropped the vehicle off for the rotor repair your dealership agreed to complete. When I returned to pick it up, the tire was low and had a large screw in it. To say the nail “did not happen in your possession” is simply untrue. I brought the car to you with a good tire and returned to a damaged one. I expected honesty and accountability — not deflection.

  • ⭐☆☆☆☆ We bought a car from this dealership and within hours the center console failed, leaving us without cruise control. Just three days later, the car went lopsided due to suspension issues. When we contacted the dealership, they refused to help or take responsibility. Out of desperation, we took the car to another dealership for a second opinion. They told us the suspension was so damaged it would cost $19,000 to repair — on a car we had owned for less than a week. That’s outrageous. Now, only two weeks into ownership, the air conditioning has completely stopped working as well. In less than 14 days, this car has had the console fail, the suspension collapse, and the AC die. The dealership that sold it to us has done nothing to make it right. This experience shows a complete lack of integrity and accountability. Vehicles should be inspected and sold in safe, working condition, and dealerships should stand behind what they sell. Instead, we were handed a car that is breaking piece by piece, with repair costs that are astronomical. Future buyers deserve to know the truth: this dealership does not stand behind its cars, and you risk being left with a financial nightmare.
