  • I was in the market for a decent used car and nothing worked out. That was until Jerry from AutoPlex left me a voicemail. I had been looking for a car for about a year and half and I listened to that voicemail. I almost ignored the recording. I returned the call and discussed my preferences and concerns. Jerry asked if I would speak to the finance manager Eric who is actually the business owner. This is a family run business. Eric called to discuss my situation. I decided to give it another try. Maybe this search would pan out and I’m so glad I took that leap of faith. I bought the car with gap and power train plus protection. The car is absolutely fantastic and absolutely necessary for my safety. Samantha was the final stop to complete the paperwork. I just couldn’t believe how all the pieces fit. I must say this was the most amazing auto buying experience of my life! I most definitely would purchase another vehicle from Jerry, Eric and Samantha in the future.
