  I bought a car at a different dealership. But the dealer I bought the car from put me in touch with Royal Auto Stop and I purchased my warranty through them, with cash. It seemed shady, but the dealer told me it was legit. He also swore that the warranty covered everything. This was my first time purchasing a warranty for a car, so the dealer took advantage of my lack of knowledge. I ended up going through the warranty company to cancel the warranty back in December. The people at Royal Auto Stop kept telling me to call back later or that someone would call me back. They eventually just stopped answering my calls. My last call with them, someone told me to contact the dealership I bought it from, when I said it was purchased through them, the guy on the phone told me I would never get my money back. I never got any of their names, but I really wish I did so I could call them out. I was so proud of myself for saving the $2000 in a months time, that is a lot of money to me. What kind of business needs to steal from working class Americans? Anyways, so I contacted the warranty company. They reached out to Royal Auto Stop and resent the cancellation paperwork. They have now stopped answering the warranty company's calls. I'm currently out $2000 and have a worthless piece of paper to show for it. These guys are scam artists and it's no wonder they have such a low rating. Do not trust them. Don't buy anything from them. I will be contacting the Attorney General and filing a complaint to get my money back.

  I cannot say too much but what I will say as I use them on a business side of things.They had quick urgent response to fixing a customer vehicle. I would recommend them as far as basic mechanical repairs go.
