After our 191,000-mile minivan blew a motor — and having already replaced the transmission two years earlier — buying a new vehicle became a necessity. We did our research online, decided on a Subaru, and began calling around to check stock and color options. Our first stop was our local dealership, but after about 20 minutes with a rep who didn’t seem to listen to our very specific questions, we left. Next stop: Carr Subaru. What a difference! Aleksey was fantastic — attentive, patient, and accommodating as we went back and forth between different models and options. We eventually decided on the Outback, loaded with features, and were pleasantly surprised by how affordable it was once everything was totaled up.
