  After our 191,000-mile minivan blew a motor — and having already replaced the transmission two years earlier — buying a new vehicle became a necessity. We did our research online, decided on a Subaru, and began calling around to check stock and color options. Our first stop was our local dealership, but after about 20 minutes with a rep who didn’t seem to listen to our very specific questions, we left. Next stop: Carr Subaru. What a difference! Aleksey was fantastic — attentive, patient, and accommodating as we went back and forth between different models and options. We eventually decided on the Outback, loaded with features, and were pleasantly surprised by how affordable it was once everything was totaled up. The entire buying experience at Carr Subaru was smooth and stress-free, and trust me, I’ve spent almost a whole day buying a car before! Their Lifetime Powertrain Warranty sealed the deal and made it clear we should have just started here first.   I honestly love Carr Subaru, and have been going here to service my old car for years. This year, I brought my old Subaru Forester in for a service appointment and wanted to get a trade-in estimate to consider buying a new car in December. We had such a delightful experience with SterlingJoy in sales -- beginning to end -- that we ended up purchasing the 2025 Forester Hybrid in November instead. We love our new car, and I already know that the next time myself or anybody I know needs a car, I will highly recommend her, Brandon in service and all the folks I have gotten a chance to speak with over the years! The main thing that really keeps me a happy customer at Carr Subaru is the very human interactions. Folks are genuinely welcoming, very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable when it comes to any servicing needs. They always make me feel like I'm ingood hands. I can't rave about Carr Subaru enough, and drive the distance to take my (old and new) car to them.
