  After our 191,000-mile minivan blew a motor — and having already replaced the transmission two years earlier — buying a new vehicle became a necessity. We did our research online, decided on a Subaru, and began calling around to check stock and color options. Our first stop was our local dealership, but after about 20 minutes with a rep who didn’t seem to listen to our very specific questions, we left. Next stop: Carr Subaru. What a difference! Aleksey was fantastic — attentive, patient, and accommodating as we went back and forth between different models and options. We eventually decided on the Outback, loaded with features, and were pleasantly surprised by how affordable it was once everything was totaled up. The entire buying experience at Carr Subaru was smooth and stress-free, and trust me, I’ve spent almost a whole day buying a car before! Their Lifetime Powertrain Warranty sealed the deal and made it clear we should have just started here first. We spent more time searching online than we did actually purchasing our new car — and that says it all!

  Had an incredible experience with Aleksey and Jessica helping us with our new Outback 2026! Aleksey did an incredible job at making sure we had a good understanding of the car and equipment and run all the numbers/estimates for us even before going to see the car, which made it a very transparent experience and gave us a good idea of what to expect. Aleksey helped us with our trade in car as well and gave us a very good value and we are so excited it helped us getting us into our new car. Aleksey was never pushy and listened and understood when we shared what we needed. Jessica really went the extra mile as well to get us over the finish line of getting us into the car affordable but making sure we had the best coverage! Overall the best car buying experience I have ever had, and we are so happy with our new Outback 2026. We traded our old Outback that we have always been happy with and we look forward to doing that too for years with our new Outback!

  We noticed that all of the car manufacturers we're interested in had special sales incentives through 3/2/26. We went to the Oregon Auto Show in Portland last weekend and spent a few hours looking at cars. We finally decided we liked the 2026 Subaru Forester Wilderness. We searched the Portland area Subaru dealer sites and decided to check CARR Subaru out. Our neighbor has a Subaru Outback and said very good things about the car and Carr dealership. Carr was very freindly and professional, and has a good range of available cars. We did two test drives and then worked closely with Carr Sales to arrive at a price and options that won our business. The process was very smooth, friendly, and efficient. We've been buying cars since the 1980s and this was one of the very best car buying experiences that we've had. We highly recommend CARR Subaru.
