  After our 191,000-mile minivan blew a motor — and having already replaced the transmission two years earlier — buying a new vehicle became a necessity. We did our research online, decided on a Subaru, and began calling around to check stock and color options. Our first stop was our local dealership, but after about 20 minutes with a rep who didn’t seem to listen to our very specific questions, we left. Next stop: Carr Subaru. What a difference! Aleksey was fantastic — attentive, patient, and accommodating as we went back and forth between different models and options. We eventually decided on the Outback, loaded with features, and were pleasantly surprised by how affordable it was once everything was totaled up. The entire buying experience at Carr Subaru was smooth and stress-free, and trust me, I’ve spent almost a whole day buying a car before! Their Lifetime Powertrain Warranty sealed the deal and made it clear we should have just started here first. Thank you to Aleksey, Mary (our new vehicle tech coach), and the entire Carr Subaru team for making car buying easy again. We spent more time searching online than we did actually purchasing our new car — and that says it all!

  We had an amazing experience at Subaru thanks to Luis Garcia. From the moment we walked in, he made both me and my husband feel completely comfortable and never pressured. He was patient, knowledgeable, and truly listened to what we needed, which made the whole process stress-free and enjoyable. Even tho we didn’t end up going with a Subaru i %10000 recommend going to see Luis if you are considering a Subaru. We also want to give a big shoutout to Kris, the manager, for being so transparent and honest throughout everything. That level of integrity really means a lot. Highly recommend working with Luis and this Subaru team!

  Had an amazing experience here. This was my first time buying a car so naturally before going in as someone with little car knowledge I was very nervous and overwhelmed about the process and what to expect. My Dad went with and we were almost immediately greeted by SterlingJoy. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in answering all of my questions, helping guide me through everything from the specifics of the cars to what to be expecting out of the buying process. Going in I did not have an exact car in mind, just that I’ve heard great things about Subaru. The knowledge she had on Subaru’s in general itself would completely sold me. I felt confidence that this was the safe and reliable car I had been trying to research for months prior to this experience. The first car she showed was everything I was hoping for but was having a hard time trying to describe. She got it perfect on the first try. The entire experience went smoothly from beginning to the end. My Dad even made it a point to ask if he can speak to her manager personally to praise how great she was. He said that he’s been in and out of dealerships many times in his life and never has he had a sales person so knowledgeable, and that not once did he feel she was trying to push/up-sell something that we did not want. She listened to us and helped us with exactly what we needed. I also want to add that I was very nervous when we first showed up but that SterlingJoy made the entire experience super calming and fun. I am very happy with my choice to go to Carr Subaru Beaverton and I am forever grateful!
