  My experience was not good from the very beginning I told him that I wanted to get the truck inspected before I purchased the truck GMC miles on it and he offered to take it to his guy to inspect it and they would tell me what was wrong with it I thought that was kind of odd so I told him no I wanted to take it to my mechanic and get it inspected, and when I took it to my mechanic, the codes were cleared on the vehicle so my mechanic told me that if the codes were cleared that they cleared them for a reason and that the guy is gonna say that he replaced the battery and that’s exactly what he said mechanic still inspected the vehicle and told me some things that were wrong and I was still interested in the truck even though he did the shady behavior I drove the truck to put some miles on the truck because they refused to drive the truck long enough so that the codes would appear again so I asked him if I could drive and told him I’d be interested after the codes came back. I told him that the brakes needed to be done when it came time for me to purchase the vehicle he wasn’t there, and he had me dealing with somebody who first. language was not English, and I could not understand him. Imagine doing a deal with somebody who you can’t communicate with there were no copies left for me. He got upset and acted like he was doing me a favor got in my face and said that he lowered the price lower the price after my mechanic looked at the vehicle Told him I was no longer interested and wanted my money back. It hasn’t been three days since I paid I don’t like his behavior and his disrespect and he refused to give me my money back so I had to continue with the sale. and he cleared the codes. So that my mechanic could not read the codes on the truck the truck had to be driven 30 to 40 miles before the cold came back When I finally got the vehicle back they dropped it off with a low tire. The tire was basically near flat I went to pick up the vehicle at 9 PM. The owner started off as a nice guy, but at the end not so nice not so honest not so decent.

  In November 2023 I bought a Ford Fusion Hybrid as is. It was my first experience in buying car at the US. I have been driving it for over 2 months and 6000 miles and I’m really happy with the car. I found this car in very good condition and at a very good price. Also thanks to the team for taking care of all the registration stuff and I didn't even have to go to the DMV. I just received all car documents and license plates via mail. I would like to express a big thank to the team for their friendly and honest cooperation

  My purchase with LA Truck guy was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. After being recommended by a mobile diesel mechanic to LA Truck guy for their reputation of having good reliable trucks, I found out they had the exact inventory I needed. I brought the mobile mechanic out again to inspect and he passed everything except for the shocks, which they promptly replaced. I purchased it feeling great. When trouble arose on the truck Liftgate after purchasing they quickly made the repairs it needed. All at no additional cost to me. Now I have a beautiful low mile Isuzu NPR working in my fleet. For anyone worried or concerned about buying a used truck - Isaac, Vin and the whole team at LA Truck guy are the most stand up, prideful, honest dealers you can meet in the used truck world. I intend on being a lifetime customer.
