  I strongly advise not buying a car from this dealership. I originally went in to look at a vehicle that had no check engine light, but when I connected my own OBD2 scanner, a transmission code appeared. When I asked about it, the salesman Jorge became dismissive and asked if I was a mechanic, then told me the code was “nothing” and said they would take it to their mechanic. I trusted them (which I regret). The car was sold to me with a cracked windshield, which they agreed to replace. The replacement job was poorly done. After washing the car, water leaked into the interior, and to this day it still leaks during car washes. When I brought the car back and left it with their mechanics, I got it back dirty inside, with footprints and handprints, and items missing from the interior. I’m not accusing anyone directly, but I know what was in my car when I dropped it off. This was extremely unprofessional. While waiting at the dealership during one visit, I also observed them repairing severely damaged vehicles in the back, some appearing to have been in wrecks, which raised serious concerns about how their cars are prepared for sale. On top of all this, they failed to send my license plate. I was told it would take 2 weeks, it took 3 months, with me calling repeatedly. Eventually, they blocked my phone number, and even blocked two other numbers I called from. Only after I left a negative review did they finally call me back (angry) and said they’d give me my plate if I removed the review. The car now has a failing transmission, despite being lightly driven only to the store and back and still under 100k miles. I tried to contact them again calmly and professionally to see what could be done, I was ignored once again. This dealership has shown: Dishonesty about mechanical issues Poor quality repairs Unprofessional handling of customer vehicles Avoidance and blocking customers instead of resolving problems DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. In my experience, they sell problem cars and disappear once the deal is done.

  I had previously left a review of exceptional service but unfortunately after owning the vehicle for a month and a half I will say this I found more problems in this 2017 Ford F150 then I ever have in any other vehicle I’ve ever owned, The four-wheel-drive in my truck doesn’t even work. I had over 20 services that were past due, The truck pulls to the right terribly didn’t even consider in doing an alignment for the vehicle. I will say this and reiterate, so many times to any person deciding to get a vehicle with this company do not ever get a vehicle from this company without getting a pre-purchase inspection done because you will get screwed. As soon as I pay this truck off, I will be selling this terrible truck and getting a vehicle from a different dealership. Their reputation is terrible at Revolution motorsports and I am so glad that I can put this review and hopefully everyone else will be able to see this review before deciding to purchase a vehicle through this company

  I would not recommend this place, it is really disappointing, listening and verifying such bad comments that I have received about this place, a friend also bought a car in this place, the vehicle has been more in repair than in use, when you are going to buy they offer you all the guarantees and at the time of having any inconvenience with the vehicle they are not responsible for repair guarantees. This place doesn't even deserve a star, the dishonesty with which they work is incredible. I don't understand how they allow the operation of places like this.
