  • I selected this car after searching on the various sites and then crossed my fingers that it was as described. I flew in from New Orleans with the intention of buying the car and driving it to Santa Fe, NM. When I arrived, they had the car clean and ready for me, and I took a quick test drive. Noticed a couple of things, a little handle that kept falling off and window tint that would be illegal in my state. Everyone was fabulous, and instead of directing me to a tinting shop, they just removed the tint for me - on the spot and for NO CHARGE!!! They fixed the handle and while I was waiting, they offered me breakfast! Everyone was professional, friendly, and made me feel welcome and a valued customer. Drove the car 850 miles over the next two days and I am delighted with it - it was just as they said it would be. I definitely recommend this dealership! Thanks to the whole crew for taking such good care of me!

  • I was really hoping and praying for the best when I chose to purchase my vehicle here. But instead I was scammed and lied to. My vehicle has issues that was brought to the dealerships attention when I first got the car. I brought it there and Will agreed he heard the noise but later recanted. He actually said they would have to wait until it breaks to know what to fix. Will said if I could find someone to figure out what the problem was they would take of the repair. I contacted Will with a quote from my mechanic on 08/09/25 but he didn’t call me until today 08/22/25 after I’ve had to initiate contact with him for an update to say my mechanic has a lower quote than their service so I “did good”. I ask aren’t you all supposed to take care of the repair. He says no, you brought your car here we didn’t hear a noise and haven’t heard from you in 3 months. They’re SCAMMERS who take advantage of black women. Attached are also pictures of my car they said they “detailed” the steering wheel was filthy. I had to actually clean everything myself. I was also told the car went through service and there was no issues. This is untrue. The car has shift to park issues , the constant noise knocking on the rear end. Who knows what else?! Since then I’ve been in contact with Irfran the supposed “GM” I who tried to bribe with me a $500 reimbursement for a repair they agreed to pay for only if I take down my review. Again these are scammers do not give this place business
