  My Adaughter and I bought an Amana washer and dryer set from them for $399 $491 was the final price with set up an delivery. We purchased from them because they offered a one year warranty. I got the washroom dryer home. They, it was all set up the day we purchased it. Happy, I'm washing clothes. It takes me all day to wash 2 loads of clothes. The clothes do not come out of the out of the washer, completely wrung out they're soaked, I have to spin them through the drain and spin cycle every time and it takes out. Several cycles for one load to dry. I called the store and let them know what was going on. They sent the technician out and he was too busy making sure his underwear was seen and wasn't listening to anything, I had to say and ended up telling me I could only use the dryer on the time drive and that everything was working perfectly and he left so that tells me that the warranty is absolutely useless. It's a scam, don't purchase from them. It's not worth it.

  Fantastic shopping experience! The staff were very helpful and answered all my questions. I purchased both a washer and dryer from this store, and they were able to deliver them the next day! I will definitely return here for future appliance needs!
