  • Buying a vehicle can sometimes feel stressful, but my experience at Inside Car Guys in Newbury Park ended up being a really positive one. Right away when I walked up, I could tell this wasn’t the typical used car dealership. The location has a great overall feel and doesn’t come across like one of those stale, high-pressure lots. It felt more relaxed and welcoming, and overall it was just a comfortable place to spend some time while looking for a vehicle. I ended up buying a 2024 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 with low miles, and overall I feel like I came away with a very fair deal on the truck. Like most vehicle purchases, there was the usual back-and-forth negotiation while working through the numbers. That can sometimes get a little tense since the buyer is trying to get the best deal and the seller is trying to make their margin, but that’s just part of the process and there are no hard feelings there. One thing I liked is that they have their own auto repair shop on-site, and there were people working in the shop while I was there. It gave me the sense that they check the vehicles over and take pride in the condition of the vehicles they sell. In the end, I’m very happy with the truck and glad I found it there.

  • I have purchased several cars from Inside Car guys and I would definitely recommend them. I needed help with financing and Johnny was able to get me approved with a low monthly payment. My daughter also just bought a Camry from them for her first car and she is really happy with it. They have a lot of good options on the lot at low prices and the customer service was great.

  • Best car purchase experience over my last 30 years of car purchases. Everything was straight forward, transparent and made you feel like family. I wish they had and extra star to recommend this dealership.
