  The person that helped me was nice and kind patient professional make sure there was a clear understanding of everything I was doing. The signing process was easy. This was an amazing experience, even have the key probably open.

  Do NOT buy, lease, or finance anything from G7 Motors. They do not value or care about their customers at all. I financed a vehicle through them and was not even a full month behind, yet they had my car towed from my job without any notice. I had no idea where my vehicle was until the next morning. To make matters worse, they then told me I would have to pay the entire remaining balance of the loan. At no point was I sent any notice regarding towing or repossession, which is completely unacceptable. My attorney has already reviewed the situation and confirmed that legal action will be taken. This dealership operates unprofessionally and unfairly. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else.

  If I could give negative stars , I would . This company is full of managers that rob potential clients. My fiance went for a car with a friend of hers and they told her that the deposit would be refundable if she found anything else or just decided not to get the car she was quoted for. She asked multiple times if the money way refundable and the sales agent guaranteed her it was after consulting with his manager. Even though she was hesitant, she still proceeds to give her down payment under the impression she could get it back if anything came up. She then contacts them days later informing them that she found a better deal and she would be going elsewhere. To our surprise they informed her the money was not refundable unless another family comes to purchase the car. They are forcing her hand and trying to make her finance a car thats not only qouted too high but is even what she wants. All of which was NEVER told to her in the beginning. The money she paid was not little. The sales agent stressed his apologies and said it was out of his control at this time. Their employee even disagrees with what they are doing . She has been trying to get her money back for weeks with no luck. We do not recommend this place of business for anyone . Make sure you get everything in writing before you pay for anything! The worst service ever. They lie to you to get your money. No Bueno
